and his crew were fantastic. The bidding process was easy and everything was clearly explained so we knew exactly what had to be done. Everyone was in constant contact with us before, during, and after the construction. The crew (

) was EXTREMELY professional, plus super nice and helpful. Poor guy even came inside the house a few times to advise or help fix some problems created by the (lousy) window installers that were working at the same time. He always had a big smile and (literally) worked ALL day - he doesn't stop for breaks or even lunch! He cleaned up every inch of debris at the end of every day, unlike the window installers who left trash on my lawn for days and my parking strip is still littered with their cigarette butts. The job ended up being far more difficult than planned because the original structure was so off kilter and more damaged than was visible beforehand, but all of the extra work (and expense) was discussed with us as it came up and we were able to make decisions on the spot as to how to proceed. I will definitely hire
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
in the future and highly recommend them.

"It went very well.
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
were very responsive (responding quickly to phone calls, texts and emails), friendly, helpful and professional.
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
came and gave us a quote for the tear down and framing before the project and stuck exactly to the price he gave. Installation of the floors plus doors and trim was negotiated during the project and ther price for that work was very fair.
Throughout the project they were friendly and very helpful. They offered to build us a walk in wardrobe (and did not charge us for this in the end) informing us that the new room would not count as a bedroom if we did not do this. This was extra work for them, for no extra money.
They always cleaned up after themselves very well. They also cleaned up after our other contractors (plumber/electrician) who left a mess and did not care to clean up.
They were way more helpful than they needed to be - offering to pick up materials that we had agreed to provide (doors etc). Again - this cost them extra work and we did not pay extra.
They also did more than we expected when doing the trim work, going as far as caulking everything in.
Any little details that were not as they liked them, they took care of, returning as many times as it took to get the work up to their own standards of quality, which were high. This effort I really appreciated. We did not have to raise any issues with them as anything we might have thought to comment on, they already took care of on their own initiative before we had a
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
to comment on it. They also took care of a few things we would not have noticed.
All in all a pleasure to work with and very good value for money.

"The quality of work was excellent. After it was completed the only call back was one of the chimney caps came loose and tipped over during the wind storm. They quickly came out and repaired.
The job was complex and it was performed completely to my satisfaction. The interior drywall work was done by
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
. He is an artist. If you need sheetrock work done, call for
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
as he is the best I have ever seen.
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
is a master carpenter and his interior trim work was the best. He did all the inside and outside carpentry work and did a great job. The painter
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
also did superb work. All the people did excellent and quality work. The roofing crew were top-notch and the gutter installers were the best.
There were some delays in the project that had to do with Oasis scheduling which should not be my problem. These delays were not due to a window that needed to be re-ordered. I felt my interior work should have been worked on and completed right after the new windows were installed (except the re-ordered window). I waited over 2 1/2 weeks to get my interior completed and the new hardware on my doors. They used the old hardware on the new doors temporarily during that time. That was not acceptable and was expressed so.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I have heard many nightmare stories from folks who did major remodels and I did not have one with Oasis - albeit the delays. I would recommend them, but spell out the timing and scheduling details to prevent delays not due to supply vendors.

"We originally asked
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
to replace a few steps on an outdoor staircase. He was quick to show us that the staircase had actually become dangerously unstable and needed to be replaced entirely - it was almost all rotted and someone would have taken a scary fall if he hadn't called our attention to the scary underside of the structure. He did this by calling us immediately and sending photos. I really appreciated how he quickly laid out options and worked with us flexibly on how we wanted to proceed. He is very careful to approve every estimate before beginning work. He took the rotted staircase down quickly and built a new one in its place. Even the temporary staircase was much better than the old staircase. I highly recommend
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his company.

"Did great through the walk through when giving a free estimate - had some great ideas for the space and listened to what we were looking to do. Price was right in line with a few other estimates we got as well.
When we did decide to go with
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, he was very responsive, worked quickly, and even though we went with some higher quality material, stayed right in line with his original estimate. And the work that he / they did, it was really well done. Worth every penny.
I would highly recommend, and will be looking to work with them again in the future.

"I’m sorry to say that my experience with
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
was not positive. I needed to have carpentry done on the deck and other areas of the house exterior before painting. The first week of June everything was organized,
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
told me that he would start the work on
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
8th while the painters were scheduled for mid-August.
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
's bid was in the $6,000 range. In
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, he sent me an email to postpone the job to
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
10th. Then on
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
9th, the day before he was going to start, he sent me another email to inform me that he could no longer do the job. At my request he gave me the name of one of his carpenter friend who was able to start the job three weeks later, and finished just barely in time before the painters were supposed to start. This raises is grade from F to D. The bottom line is that if you schedule a job with
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, you'd better have a back-up plan...

"The work went perfectly. They laid out the tasks and prices. We met every couple weeks. Mostly they pointed out things they were working on. They asked us to make some decisions and would always give advice when asked. And they got it all done on the time schedule with all details covered. We did not see them go back and correct anything. It just seemed to get done perfectly on time the first time. This is what friends had advised us to expect and
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
lived up to those exceedingly high expectations.
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
exhibited the highest professionalism and knowledge of their craft. At the same time they were very nice and personable. They clearly liked each other and their work. They enjoyed doing a good job. One member took us up on our offer to have him bring his wife by to see what he had built. They would spend as much time meeting with us as we wanted, meeting early or late, and not have to rush off but instead listen to all of our comments.

was always extremely punctual and patient with our clueless questions about a remodeling project that in the end we could not afford. When we asked him if he could do only the sub-floor of one room, he was happy to take the much smaller job, and promptly set up a date to begin work. Working entirely on his own, he tore out the old rotting subfloor, disposed of it, built a new frame and sub-floor on top this, all in less than one week.
His work is first-rate, the new floor is rock solid and even, and joins perfectly with the rest of the house. He was always extremely professional, punctual, polite and
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
in his answers. He was extremely fastidious about cleaning up after his work, and left us a perfectly tidy workspace when he was done. He also took notes and forwarded information about the floor to the people who installed the wooden flooring on top of his sub-floor.
There might be cheaper contractors our there besides
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
, but I can't imagine that they do work that is better or even on par what he did for us. Everything about this project from scheduling to cleanup was head-
Seattle General Contractors Provider Name Locked
free and exceeded all expectations.

"Both times, Andrey has been extremely helpful, does excellent work at a very reasonable rate, and works quickly and efficiently. He is able to do a great variety of tasks that would be much more expensive if done separately by a plumber, electrician, etc. I highly recommend him.
