Seattle General Contractors Reviews
plus doors and trim was negotiated during the project and ther price for that work was very fair.
Throughout the project they were friendly and very helpful. They offered to build us a walk in wardrobe (and did not charge us for this in the end) informing us that the new room would not count as a bedroom if we did not do this. This was extra work for them, for no extra money.
They always cleaned up after themselves very well. They also cleaned up after our other contractors (plumber/electrician) who left a mess and did not care to clean up.
They were way more helpful than they needed to be - offering to pick up materials that we had agreed to provide (doors etc). Again - this cost them extra work and we did not pay extra.
They also did more than we expected when doing the trim work, going as far as caulking everything in.

That was not acceptable and was expressed so.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I have heard many nightmare stories from folks who did major remodels and I did not have one with Oasis - albeit the delays. I would recommend them, but spell out the timing and scheduling details to prevent delays not due to supply vendors.
When we did decide to go with though we went with some higher quality material, stayed right in line with his original estimate. And the work that he / they did, it was really well done. Worth every penny.
I would highly recommend, and will be looking to work with them again in the future.
His work is first-rate, the new floor is rock solid and even, and joins perfectly with the rest of the house. He was always extremely professional, punctual, polite and
