Stamped Concrete Reviews in Seattle

I got bids from several contractors, but
was the only one who really listened and brought up things that I hadn't even thought about. I could tell that he really knew what he was talking about, and he walked me through the entire process of what types and colors of finishes we could choose.
Though CSS wasn't the cheapest option, they weren't a lot more expensive than other providers.
and his crew were very professional -- always arriving on time and being un-intrusive (a plus as I work from home). They also went above and beyond. After they had gone home for the day, I noticed that an outdoor drain was obstructed by part of the construction material. The crew came down that evening to remove it just in case it rained. That's going above and beyond.
The job took less time than was quoted, and we are very happy with the result.

We were fortunate to be on vacation when the bulk of the work was being done, as the job entailed tearing up part of our driveway to accommodate some sprinkler pipes.
sent us picture messages of the work as it went along, and we could not be happier with the work!
We came home to a beautiful grey flagstone textured concrete patio.
placed several decorative cuts through the finished patio to give it a large square pattern, and as a fortunate side effect, the cuts helped channel the rain runoff so no pooling would occur even in the heaviest downpour. He built the edges to blend seamlessly with the existing retaining walls and driveway so that it looked like it was always there.
Our yard does not have a perfect geometry due to being quite old when it was originally zoned, but
was able to make some very straight lines for the placement of the fence posts. The end result was a place I call perfect!
We were so happy with his work, we hired him again to help with a new fence addition; ripping out an ugly old chain link fence and replacing with wood.

Stamped Concrete reviews in Seattle

The job was excellently done. Very detail oriented. They keep the work area clean. When Bill first came to bid on the work, he said that he does quality work, now that the job is done, I am very impressed with the result. I am recommending ANBConcrete to my friends and families. I have a project with my neighbor that ANBConcrete will do for us. Highly recommend them to anyone. Its hard to find honest contractors that are easy to work with. These guys are very friendly and trustworthy.

I found

Concrete Mason Design on

’s List, and checked out their reviews on Angie’s List. I received 4 estimates, one was really high, two were about the same, and one a bit lower.
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
was one of the two which were about the same. We chose them because they seemed to grasp what we were looking for, willing to let us level the soil and

gravel base to save $, and were able to work on our timeline. They also helped us figure out what we needed to have done in order to support the old tipping railroad tie retaining wall that was economical and long-lasting.
The finished product looks awesome and very professionally done. We asked them to use our stamp (which was recycled rubber roofing tiles with a unique pattern that we had used on our DIY retaining wall/garden), and they liked it so much that they asked us for a few of them, which we traded for some finishing touches. The pattern is somewhat subtle right now, but we’ll be staining the concrete when it’s cured, and it’ll be a lot more pronounced then.
The only negative experience we had was that initially they told us it would be a 1 day job, and at the end of the first day they had only completed the framing, so my husband had to take another day off work, which wasn’t easy for him.
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
explained that they really wanted to make sure it was done right so they didn’t want to rush it. Because of the inconvenience it caused, I’d actually give them an A- or B+. To
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
’s credit, they did not charge us any extra for the additional time it took them beyond the initial estimate. Also, the weather caused a small delay, but obviously nothing can be done about that.

was very responsive anytime we needed to get in touch with him, and was very nice to work with. Small changes that we asked to be incorporated were no problem for them, and when they were finishing the job, they asked for my opinion and any touch up work I requested was quickly done.
I would highly recommend
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
, with the caveat that if you choose to be on-site for the work, you may need to be a bit flexible with your schedule due to unforeseen delays, such as weather or the job taking longer than anticipated.

Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
(I hope I'm remember his name correctly--this was over a yr ago), the owner, was prompt and very nice. The foundation work, which was correcting structural damage, seemed like it would be beyond his company's scope. His costs sounded reasonable for the patio, but we decided that we would DIY that project and leave the foundation repairs until we could afford an engineer.

While we didn't use
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
Concrete or any other contractor for this particular project, I would definitely call him again. He was responsive and took his time with us, that I would feel comfortable working with him on future projects. Nice to see a local business that treats their potential customers so well.

and his crew removed our existing walkway and poured a new walkway as the entrance to our home. He also applied an overlay to our existing aggregate porch to match the new walkway. All finishes were stamped and colored.
We had an overall design plan that was putting the walkway in a different location than previously existed. On his first visit,
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
shared his thoughts on potential issues with the design and helped us make some decisions about what we wanted. We're very grateful for his input and happy that we followed his well thought through suggestions.
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
talked through color and stamp options with us in detail so that even after just one meeting we were comfortable what he was planning to do, and that he knew what we wanted. He communicated with us about potential start dates for the project - weather and schedules permitting. He communicated regularly throughout the project about his schedule, and the job proceeded as expected. He would always contact us if he had questions about the design or any other issues as the project progressed, and was amenable to changes, and patient with our inexperience of these projects.

takes pride in his work, and it showed in the outcome and in his interactions with us. His price was reasonable compared to other bids we received, even though he warned us in advance that there were likely other companies who would be less expensive for pouring concrete. Final price matched the original estimate. The estimate was very detailed, which I appreciated as I knew where the cost was being incurred.

Overall this was a great remodel!! This was our very first home and we wanted to make it the perfect home for us. R & R Services did an amazing job and really turned this house into a HOME..... I would hire them again in a heartbeat and they were always on time, worked very hard and even worked weekends and holidays.
You will not find a better contractor!!!

R&R Services Inc. went over and above what we expected!
This was the first home my husband & I purchased. We did not know what to anticipate but we were guided through the remodel the entire time - what to expect, what to look for, materials to buy, tips on owning a home, yearly maintenance required, etc.
Rod and his entire team were incredibly professional, hard working and dedicated to what they do. They started really early in the day and many times worked late in the evening just to get a job completed. Any changes we wanted done to the home, R&R Services had somebody available to complete the task. The tasks were done in a timely manner and sometimes earlier than expected. The price point was incredibly fair for the amount of work we have done. They also gave us tips on where to buy the best and most affordable materials. This company is very upfront and honest. No

surprises here! We truly appreciated the input when it came to figuring out the details. If we had an idea that couldn't really work, we were always given a couple options to choose from.
Overall buying your first home and doing a remodel is incredibly stressful. Rod and his team made it educational and fun! We would definitely work with them again in the future for both big and small projects. Our friend that had referred & hired R&R Services Inc. in the past said, "If you want the job done right, hire these guys!" Their quality of work is highly recommended!

I contacted several Angie's list of concrete contractors and
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
was the quickest to respond. He met me at the property and gave me a few suggestions to make the project a better fit for my needs. I asked and he took me to his recently completed jobs and I was impressed. The proposal he gave me was competitive, and his follow up very good. Crew came in and took out the old driveway , sidewalk in one day, then set forms. we had to wait for weather to clear to pour , and worked out the stamp finish is very appealing. I agreed to add color to the finish, and added a a 10 by 12 pour for a shed. I could not be at site all the time and he was very good with sending me pictures off his cell phone which was really nice to see!! I met two of his crew and they were very polite, and hard working. My neighbors were also very complimentary. I recommend

(Tau) scammed me and got away with $700, essentially.
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
showed me impressive photos on his phone of work he claimed to have
done. He has a business license and drives a truck with cement working
equipment in the back. He bid a job at my house for $4200 and collected
$700 at the start of the job. He and a two other men (family members I
think) worked for about 90 minutes breaking up old concrete steps and
walkway with a sledgehammer. They then spent about 90 minutes sitting
on the patio talking. Then, they left and did not come back.

me upon leaving that they would be back the next day with 5 men to haul
away the debris, dig up ground,

gravel base, put up forms to pour
the new steps and retaining wall. There was to be a new patio poured as
well. The job was to be finished in 5 days and this was all on a

wrote up. And like I said, they never did another bit of
work. They left the front of my house a pile of cement rubble.
Each day,
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
promised to be back the next day. Finally, after a week
had passed, he offered to pay back the $700; he said he still had my

showed up to retrieve a wheelborrow and some small tools he
had left at my house, but did not repay. Each day for another week he
promised to come to my house and settle and did not show up. He then
stopped answering my calls
Seattle Stamped Concrete Companies Provider Name Locked
comes across like a really nice guy, he talks a great game and
sounds like he knows what he's doing. He likes to shake hands and make
you feel like a friend, but for me it was a set-up. I didn't do my due
diligence. If I had I would have seen that he had 3 BBB complaints
lodged in the short 6 months he had his latest business license.
I hope this account will help you avoid an experience with him.
