Concrete Repair reviews in Seattle

The first time we made arrangements to meet with
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
, he never showed up.
The second time we made arrangements to meet, he called 45 minutes late and asked if he could come in a couple of hours. We said yes. He showed up an additional 45 minutes late for that appointment as well.
When he finally got here, he spoke only to my husband. That was a mistake.
He was not, and never will be employed by this household.

Highly recommend! Rich came out on a Saturday to look at what needed to be done and I had the bid the next day. He stayed in touch and worked with the arborist I hired. I had never had to do anything like this before and he walked me through every step. His professionalism and amazing communication were over the top.

Overall, we are very pleased with the service, price, and outcome of the job. The owner, TV, gave us options on how to do the job and then performed well with the choices we made. Access to the work area is somewhat difficult at our home and I was especially pleased that the crew took a lot of care not to damage the gate, the path lights, or anything during the job. That was remarkable and very appreciated. Some areas which would have made the experience better for us would be to have better samples of the various concrete stains and what they would look like after they had dried. Right after the job was finished, we did not like the shiny

of our finish, but now that some time has passed we are very happy with the result. The price was fair and payment was in three steps which we also thought was very fair and appropriate.

I asked
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to give me an estimate on a concrete patio/driveway. I changed my schedule to accommodate the time he could show up. He cancelled and asked for a reschedule three times in a row....
If it is that difficult to get him to show up at a time of his convenience for an estimate, I can't imagine how tough it would be to get him to perform the job on schedule.
F for agreeing to show up and then blowing me off three times in a row.

There weren't reviews for
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
before we hired them, which made us nervous. However, we were very pleased with our decision.

were great to work with-- they called frequently with updates to keep us posted on progress (e.g. weather and other delays), made suggestions on ways to improve the project, and always made it clear that they understood it was our house and they wanted to do what we liked. It was great to have a contractor so focused both on what they thought would turn out best while still making sure they understood the look the customer was going for. They also made it clear when there were options that could save money, but which might not last very well. We appreciated that they gave us options and could explain trade-offs. They were not the cheapest bid we received, but they were far from the most expensive and they did a very nice job. After some of their explanations, I suspect the cheapest bids may have been taking some short cuts we would have come to regret in a few years. They made us comfortable that they were not taking short-cuts. And the work looks very pretty.

NW Concrete Cutting did an excellent job. They came out to my home promptly to bid the project. They cut precisely where we needed them to and they worked well to coordinate with our plumbers. Then they cleared all the concrete chunks out afterwards. The pricing was fair and we would definitely use them again.

Customer service, price, and performance-on-the-job were all excellent! The task was completed as promised and the technician was friendly and professional. A concrete slab was cut-out and removed from a very difficult spot in our crawl space, so we’re now ready to install a new furnace. As a small-business, I think
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
’s prices are below the competition and they give more attention to detail. Therefore, I recommend this company 100% for any homeowner/business who wants to have concrete cut-out and removed!

I called
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to request an estimate. She had
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
come by and look at the job. He arrived as planned a few days later, and talked me through different options and his recommendations for size and placement of the opening. We weren't sure of the wall thickness, so he estimated a maximum cost of $400, with the exact price to depend on how long it took. No deposit was required. I called
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
again to schedule the work for the following week. We didn't settle on a final day/time right away, since other jobs were in flux, but once the schedule was confirmed, she promised it wouldn't change, and sure enough,
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
was there right on time to start the job. We went over the details together one last time, and he got right to work. In a few hours, the job was done (exactly as planned), the work area was clean, and the concrete was stacked neatly at the
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
so I could post it online for free pickup (I posted them on Craigslist and they were gone within a couple of days). The total came to about $380 - just under the original estimate. A couple other things that I really appreciated --
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
came and got me before removing any concrete so I could take some "before" pictures -- something I always forget to do. And after the job was done, he took the time to show me some things he had noticed, like a board that had been embedded in the footing and rotted away, leaving a sort of trough that would need to be filled. He also made a great suggestion about using some bricks I had salvaged to line the floor in the newly accessible space under the porch. Everything about the job was great -
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very friendly and laid back, but a total pro about the work. They were punctual and responsive -- showed up or called back when they said they would, and charged a fair and honest price for the job.

These guys were great! They take great pride in their work, were extremely punctual for the estimate, and were able to complete our job a week after we told them we wanted to hire them for the job. They tore up the lawn where the patio would go, hauled all of the debris away and did a great job pouring and finishing the patio. They even powerwashed our driveway after they finished cleaning everything up. We would highly recommend these guys for our concrete projects. They are efficient, punctual, reasonably priced, very responsive to phone calls, and extremely easy to work with. A+

Although quite busy,
Seattle Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
was able to fit time in to view my property and was helpful in answering the many questions I had. He did provide me with addresses to view his work and a list of references. We are planning on using him for our project, and I will try and update my review when the services are completed (if that can be done on Angie's List).
