"The experience was excellent. They know exactly what needs to get done and how to schedule everything so there's no time waiting around.
It started by getting a bid, which was emailed to me promptly. Followed up with a phone call to review any questions. After taking some time to decide, I called them back and we scheduled a date to start. They were there on day 1 and DID NOT MISS A SINGLE DAY for the duration of the project. (this is incredible for anyone who has ever done remodeling before)
During the basement remodel, they made a recommendation to my plans to move the bedroom door. Doing this increased closet space and just made overall sense to the flow of the entire floorplan. I am definitely happy still about that!
They wrapped up the jobs, cleaned up and that was it - no hassles, no surprises. The bill was EXACTLY what they quoted. When my next project comes up, it is very comforting to know I have a company I can count on.

King, who bought Concrete from , did a superb job of removing our old steep uphill driveway which was an asphalt over a concrete . He poured a new concrete drive with a stairs (and step lights set into the risers) on one side of the drive, a new sidewalk and a new cut. He did all this for a great price. He did the job in sections, which meant we always had clean, mud-free access to our house. Steps first, then the sidewalk and cut, and the driveway last.The work is beautiful and the finish work gets compliments. He was always on time and was friendly and professional. He took care of city permits and inspections. He does foundations, retaining walls and interior concrete floors. I would hire him again."

"They were very professional, , the owner, was very responsive. He came on a Saturday for an estimate and started the following Thursday. It took 3 weeks to complete (due to rain and weather) but only a total of 7 working days to finish the project. The crew accidentally broke a front walkway we had with their excavator but did not hesitate to fix it right away. The work they did was great and the price was incredible. They beat any other bids I had by a long shot. Great company and good workers."

"The other service provider quoted me $900 which I would have paid but since the neighbors were picking a part of that, I owed it to them. So, I was trying to find a better pricing and I found him on Angie's List. He agreed to do the job for $500 per household. He came out to do the initial bidding and saw as to what we needed. He told me that he drove around the neighborhood to see how the other mail boxes were similar and how the settings were set up so that he had all the inputs to judge with. He called up and said that it would be $500. He said that he would come in three days to do the work if the rain let up. It did let up. He came out and did the work. One day, he put up the holes and the concrete. He came out two days later and put up the structure. I and my neighbors were in awe as it was a wonderful job. It was a first class work. I would use him again in the future depending on the project. I think that I would use him for some work on the storage that I have got at the back. I would use him over the other service provider because the other service provider was into the higher end work like finesse carpentry. "

His work was very thorough and he communicated progress throughout the job including offering to patch the newly exposed chimney hole which was not part of the original bid. He also offered advice for next steps on another project I'm considering. I'm 100% satisfied."

"I did not go with them because of the price. My experience with them was good but they were expensive. My experience with them was fine and typical. I finally decided not to do the foundation at all."

"First appointment was not "transferred" to appt book and they did not show up. Appt was made early December after heavy rains. They would not book an appt in without a $100 deposit on work due to demand, so we scheduled for 3. I had to call after an hour of waiting. She called back and rescheduled. Day of appt they called saying they would be a half hour late, and were more than an hour late. Showed up in very dirty clothes and in dirty shoes. This was our fourth bid. I had to ask about in indoor sump pump, which every other company had suggested. Bid was good price. After all that we wanted to use them, but called last night to ask more questions before booking, and both phone numbers had voicemail boxes that were full. We won't use them now."

"They redid a concrete step for me. They put new tile down in the front entrance porch. They re-glazed around a porch window. They also did caulking for a bathtub and sink. Around the front entrance door the bulked up the frame to seal out the gap. I would definitely have them come back because they are professional, on time and do a quality job. They are everything you are looking for in a contractor."

"I scheduled the job with over email through Angie's list, and got a quote right away, just from my description of the work. , one of 's team members, showed up right on time on the day of work, but informed me that I needed to enlarge the window well I had dug to expose the concrete, as well as to remove the existing basement window. I told to go on to another job he had scheduled while I worked on that.
kept me updated throughout the day on his progress at the other job, and arrived later in the afternoon to do the cutting. It took all of 20 minutes to get a nice, clean cut. and were pleasant to work with and very responsive. I would recommend Northwest to anyone!"
