"I wasn?t all that happy with them. They kept adding on charges. They were very forthright on what those were, but it seemed like they were really expensive for what we got. So I ended up getting my computer back and I am working on it myself now. They had my computer for at least 10 days. I spent $89 for the quick service. They have three different levels of service. If you are willing to wait for two weeks, then it is $29 and if you want your computer back anytime soon, then it costs $89. I gave them $89 since I wanted my computer back. That service includes diagnosing that tells you what?s wrong with your computer and then there is an add-on charge for everything that you want to do in order to fix it. In my case, they had to work on an external hard drive to do a backup, but it turned out that my external hard drive wasn?t fine. They wanted to charge me $129 for just a backup and another $129 for my external drive. That?s when I told them not to fix it. I might use them in the future, but it totally depends on what it is for. They were willing to work with me on the price. They would have cut the price in half for me and they would have worked on both by basically charging for one. So they were willing to try and make it work. "
