Computer Repair Service reviews in Seattle

Chip did a great job!
He took care of all the issues we had.
He spent approximately 2.5 hrs on the phone with me.
He was very patient when we had internet connection problems that turned out to be modem based.
He is very professional, punctual and responsive. Very easy to deal with.
It is very reassuring to have a contact for computer repair that is competent and priced fairly.
It was well worth it and my only regret is not calling him sooner.

works quickly and confidently, and took on the complexities of this job with focus and concentration. She asked for my preferences when she knew it would matter, but otherwise worked on her own, with great results. Since I'd been using XP, there was a learning gap, and

diplomatically walked me through the shift to Window 8.1. There hasn't been a single problem since she provided this service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

is knowledgeable, responsive & just overall fabulous! She is the PERFECT person to help you figure out what network configuration would be best for our specific needs for our unique home location/situation. She quickly identified what set up we had and gave us a plan that would use some of our current equipment, what we'd need to purchase (on our own to save money) and then how to configure everything to receive the most efficient use of our internet connection.

They worked on one of my personal computers for home/office use. First, full disclosure…they were fixing my mistakes. I attempted to install the items mentioned above, minus the motherboard, in my antique PC and got some wires crossed (I think), which destroyed my mother board. I am typically pretty adept at such tasks but I was in over my head pretty fast. I thought about chucking the whole thing and just getting a new PC, but the loss of data would have been devastating. I decided the best course of action was to seek the assistance of computer experts, and I am glad I did. The technicians (I mostly worked with

) were super helpful; patient and good-natured with all explanations/information, quick to answer my questions, and honest with the estimates. They replaced all the damaged items and my PC is now better than it was. I did end up having to pay quite a bit, but this was my own fault. I am just glad I trusted them with my system. Because if I hadn’t, the loss would have been a lot worse.

of mechanical malfunction--to uncover more than one source for the poor connectivity. The Comcast combined modem and router was failing, my Asus computer was not able to maintain a wireless connection to the new router when I used my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse (she discovered this problem and verified with a web

that ASUS have had this problem in the past), my printer wifi wouldn't work because of where I had located it and I had outdated software and drivers. She discovered all these problems and worked on it until she got it fixed and then gave me more than a fair price including taking the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard that I couldn't use anymore as partial payment. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my system!

My computer was very slow, unable to access some programs and giving me problems in general. I called

I will definitely call
Seattle Computer Repair Services Provider Name Locked
Computer Service next time I have a computer problem I can't solve by restarting the computer. Everything he did was well within his basic minimum fee for a service call. He knew what to do and how to do it. Problems solved! Best $100 I've spent this year.

Mr. See came to my office, equipped with an impressive file of CD's containing professional grade software repair tools. He worked diligently until all my problems were taken care of, and then proceeded to charge me an extremely reasonable fee. He is a very pleasant and competent technician.

Despite being listed on my sales receipt, when I went to the store, I was told that there would be a $100.00 fee for the
Seattle Computer Repair Services Provider Name Locked
to come to my home to perform this service. I explained that they had already set up my computer and I had paid this $100.00 fee, but for reasons I didn't fully understand, they did not make the recovery disc. I felt it was unfair to charge me for another home service. After speaking to 3 people, I was told that they did not provide this service. They could not really answer why they had tried to charge me $100.00 for this service if they did not provide it. That was eventually resolved by the BBB by having my contract for extended services with the

terminated. When the

refunded my contract fee, they also discontinued my security program, Webroot. I was forced to pay for an entire year, even though I had just paid for a years worth of Webroot service. Pro-rating the cost was not a concept that the

I believe that the professionals who perform the computer services are very professional and excellent, but the people selling the contract and dealing with the customers in the store are just the opposite. They have poor customer service skills, have been poorly trained, and either try to defraud the customer (e.g. by insisting that I pay $100.00 for a service that they belatedly said they do not perform), or are just uneducated about the services offered. They obviously did unjustifiably take my money by making me pay for an entire new year of Webroot.
