. One week ago I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to have my chimney

pointed and a new cap installed. I read the reviews for the company and was excited to work with someone that valued the customer, was resonable in cost and performed good work. The appointment was for this morning between 9 and 10. My husband and I both work so I took time off to wait for the technician. At 10:15 I could not wait any longer and called

on my way into work. They were unapologetic and simply stated that the technician should have called to say he was running late. I asked them if I could reschedule the appointment for a time that was convenient for me. She said that the times I requested (before 8am and after 530pm) were outside her scheduling ability. I asked her that if she wasn't willing to accomodate my schedule then was she even interested in my business. She said "apparently not." I will not work with this company and encourage you to think twice before you do. I will work with a company respects me as much as I respect them."
