I am completely satisfied with their service. I'm not sure about price simply because I didn't shop around, but it seemed reasonable considering the work involved. They verbally expressed a lifetime commitment from a warranty perspective too. I will do business with them again and I recommend them to anyone looking for chimney inspection and cleaning.

The quality of work was excellent. After it was completed the only call back was one of the chimney caps came loose and tipped over during the wind storm. They quickly came out and repaired.
The job was complex and it was performed completely to my satisfaction. The interior drywall work was done by

. He is an artist. If you need sheetrock work done, call for

as he is the best I have ever seen.

is a master carpenter and his interior trim work was the best. He did all the inside and outside carpentry work and did a great job. The painter

also did superb work. All the people did excellent and quality work. The roofing crew were top-notch and the gutter installers were the best.
There were some delays in the project that had to do with Oasis scheduling which should not be my problem. These delays were not due to a window that needed to be re-ordered. I felt my interior work should have been worked on and completed right after the new windows were installed (except the re-ordered window). I waited over 2 1/2 weeks to get my interior completed and the new hardware on my doors. They used the old hardware on the new doors temporarily during that time. That was not acceptable and was expressed so.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the work. I have heard many nightmare stories from folks who did major remodels and I did not have one with Oasis - albeit the delays. I would recommend them, but spell out the timing and scheduling details to prevent delays not due to supply vendors.

In hunting around to find folks to work on our chimney, it became pretty clear that there's a number of people in that line of business that are a little hard to deal with, but everybody at
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
was great. We had some cracking around the top of our chimney, and no crown or cap. So getting water and stuff all down in there. They came and fixed everything up pretty good, no problem. Maybe a little more debris around the place and in the gutters than I excepted to find, but I guess it can be a messy business.

Was very thorough and took his time to explain the terminology/process. Friendly guy and very professional.
I originally called for a chimney sweep/inspection. Showed up and determined that a sweep wasn't necessary. I also asked about the chimney cap, which
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
was quick to install. Great job!

was the technician. He showed up at the very beginning of the time window at 9am. He performed his inspections explaining to me what he saw. After inspecting the flues he explained that neither needed cleaning - I very much appreciated the honest analysis. He pointed out some concerns with the chimney and provided a quote for future work if I chose to move forward. He then installed the top mount damper, cleaned out the fire box, and explained how to use the damper. I was extremely happy with the service, professionalism, and honesty. I will definitely use them for any future chimney/fireplace projects.

worked with the scaffolding and boom rental companies to get us the best possible price. The rain and lightening caused many delays and he made sure we were not charged for extra rental time due to bad weather. It was a joy to watch them work their magic. They were generally helpful beyond the call of duty. We already have them scheduled for the next job. Thanks guys!

I had good e-mail communication with the owner. There was a slight delay starting because I ordered and installed new windows in the wall they were re-building. They were able to re-schedule to meet my delivery times. The last part of this project was repairing a brick coping that was going to be delayed one day due to another project but they made a special effort to get the job done on the appointed day by working late. The site was cleaned and all materials hauled away.

My home is approximately 110 years old and I hadn't had
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
cleaned in several years. I don't burn wood anymore, but on occasion I burn the 'presto' type logs. Near the house I have a large tree that drops lots of leaves in the fall and other debris throughout the year. I had noticed some damp leaves in fireplace and decided I needed to get
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
checked out.
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
removed a lot of tree debris, but reported that
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
itself was in great shape except that there wasn't a chimney cap - the reason why leaves were getting in. Although they didn't have the correct size available on the truck, within a couple of days they stopped by with the correct cap and installed it in just a few minutes time.
Seattle Chimney Covers Provider Name Locked
was very knowledgeable and professional and both did a great job. I highly recommend this company will definitely use them again in the future!
