The party was a great success.
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with and they performed just as promised. First they easily accomodated several special requests for items not on their standard menu. They then suggest standard items to complement the planned menu which included salmon I purchased and BBQ'd myself. The food they provided was delicious and I received a number of compliments from my guests.

arrived with the meal exactly on time, and then performed their work very quietly and efficiently. The dinner was served buffet style, but they kept a watchful eye on the proceedings, pouring water,

dishes, serving dessert, etc. right at the appropriate times. They followed this by wahing dishes, loading the dishwasher, and cleaning the kitchen. It was a joy to find a very neat and clean kitchen after what was for me a significantly large event.

Know what is AWESOME?

food. OMG. My husband and I just said "mmmmmm" through every bite of our dinner. Did the same through my lunch.

You. Must. Try. Her. Cooking.
Seriously, you might think having a personal chef is a luxury (and it is!) but my husband and I both run our own companies and are so busy that healthy eating is sacrificed. Having someone come in and cook beats bringing home take-out food in price, quality, taste, and healthiness, and it's also helping us remember what a real portion size looks like. It is a wonderful way to spend some of that money we work so hard for.
Other stuff - she does a great job interviewing you and figuring out what you'd like to eat. we've had her service several times - sometimes she shows up and brings everything she needs with her to cook, does her job without disturbing you (important if you, like me, work form home). She leaves the kitchen as clean or cleaner than she found it. Labels everything in the fridge so it's easy to find, cook and eat. Other times she preps the food in her commercial kitchen and then just delivers the meals. Either way she labels them and gives clear instructions on how to reheat.
And the food is simply outstanding. So fresh. So delicious. I can't say it enough. Like eating at one of our favorite restaurants every night, only we don't have to leave the comfort of our home.
I did show a 'b' on her punctuality since, as she is so popular, she has come a few hours later on occasion than expected, but it hasn't really affected the service. Still would not hesitate to refer her or hire her again!!!!

After 16 years together, my partner and I decided to get married. We had planned a
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
BBQ in our backyard after the ceremony, but the powers that be (mother-in-law) decided that no, a BBQ was not appropriate and weather would be a factor. So the reception was held in the downstairs hall of the church and she recommended
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
as an excellent restaurant and caterer.
They arrived precisely on time, set up the food in large silver serving bowls with constant heat underneath so at no time was the food ever anything but hot. They were hired to provide the food, and keep the food trays filled. But the professionally dressed staff went beyond that and actually served people with grace and almost invisibly, and took away empty plates and silverware when they saw them.
Guests have told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and the food at the reception exceeded everyone's expectations, including my spouse's and mine. They were only supposed to be there for a couple of hours, but I am sure they were there for at least four. All of this for approximately $700! In this day and age, one of the best deals we ever encountered.
We cannot recommend them highly enough... not just for the quality of the food, but for their service and certainly going well beyond the call of duty! Thank you

Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing, everyone raved about it, especially the hors d oeuvres. I met with
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
, the gentleman who coordinated the event for us a couple of weeks in advance of the party to walk through the menu, the event schedule, and the flow of serving things in the house. He was very helpful in suggesting some changes to the menu, given that we had several folks with dietary restrictions. On the day of the event,
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
and the rest of his staff showed up exactly as scheduled. That was literally the last moment we had to think about anything related to the food, the drinks, or the cleaning up. Each and every one of them was both effective and a pleasure to deal with. The food was perfect and wonderfully presented. They left our kitchen immaculate. One of the things we really appreciated was how helpful
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was all along the process. We went to one of their tastings about a month and a half before our party, right around the time that we decided to turn the party into a party/wedding. Not only did we get a good feel for the food and the presentation, we also got a lot of great advice on things we might not have otherwise considered, like tenting the front yard and renting additional tables and chairs. The afternoon before the event, we threw
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
a loop by asking if they had room to refrigerate the dessert we had ordered from another vendor. Not only did they accommodate this last minute request, they picked up the dessert and the stand to serve it on from the other vendor. On top of all this, they source as much as they can locally. As a result, the food's incredibly fresh, and your carbon footprint is lower. We'll hire them again in a heartbeat.

I was planning a backyard picnic for my daughter's 1st birthday party and didn't want to do all the cooking myself. It was a bit of a challenge to find a caterer who would agree to do a small event (I had only 20 guests) and exactly what I specified (I wanted fried chicken and decorated cupcakes). Most of them, especially during the summer months, have at least a $500 or 25-guest minimum, whichever is greater. Out of the several caterers I contacted,
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
at
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was by far the most prompt in responding and the most accommodating of my wishes. Via email, we arranged for fried chicken for 18 and 2 dozen cupcakes. I asked her what flavors/decor I could choose from and she said they'd do anything I wanted. This, I think, was the only pitfall. I asked for 1 dozen chocolate, 6 yellow, and 6 white. For frosting, I asked for light blue with yellow and pink flowers. Although they did exactly that, the cake was a bit dry and the frosting was absolutely tasteless--not even sweet. So although they were beautiful to look at and exactly what I asked for, they lacked imagination; I didn't realize I should ask for a flavoring in the frosting, for example. I wish
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
had suggested something or at least warned me that if I didn't specify a frosting flavor, there wouldn't be one at all. The chicken, on the other hand, was perfect, and since we didn't need anyone to serve, I didn't see the point of paying for delivery. They were fine with us picking up the food the morning of the party. So overall I'd say it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again; however, I'd tell anyone using them to ask a lot of questions and be very specific in their requests.

A group of friends and I wanted to purchase a gift card from
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
for another friend who is having a crazy time right now. Despite repeated contact attempts, we never heard back from the folks at
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
and had to go to Plan B (which is also a mess, but that's a separate story). Estimated cost was $200.

I visited the storefront on 35th S. W. and we created a list of goodies to eat that were finger friendly and did not have to be heated. There is a wonderful variety of items to select from and we mixed some chicken/beef selections with some vegetarian dishes, salad and bread. We confirmed all in writing and I picked the items up at the store several hours before. (The only other time I have had catering I had them deliver and serve as well as clean up, I did nothing before, during or after and felt as though angels had arrived and everything just magically happened.) I can't say enough about the food. Our favorite list is long but love the Chicken Sosaties, Asian Noodle Salad with Peanut Dressing on the side and

Lime Marinated Tofu Skewers. We had so much food for 25 people that we had some great leftovers as we relaxed and enjoyed the photos of our friends and family.

I was on
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
's email list, and I got an email describing a three-week detox program. They were having a special on pricing, so it was too good to pass up. They periodically delivered three meals a day plus snacks in large coolers. The food was all organic, free of common allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, etc.), packed in freezable, microwavable containers. The food was varied and delicious. And there was more food than I could eat. Under normal circumstances it would probably be pretty expensive, but the service was fantastic and so was the food.

Everything turned out great! It was a fairly casual party, and we decided to have a ''fajita station'' as the main course.
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
suggested appetizers, side dishes and desserts that went well with everything. We had a server and a chef, who arrived at our house in advance. They provided the decorations, dishes, glasses and linens, and cleaned up afterwards. I truly didn't have to do anything, other than pay the bill.
