was a pleasure to work with. The food was amazing, everyone raved about it, especially the hors d oeuvres. I met with
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
, the gentleman who coordinated the event for us a couple of weeks in advance of the party to walk through the menu, the event schedule, and the flow of serving things in the house. He was very helpful in suggesting some changes to the menu, given that we had several folks with dietary restrictions. On the day of the event,
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
and the rest of his staff showed up exactly as scheduled. That was literally the last moment we had to think about anything related to the food, the drinks, or the cleaning up. Each and every one of them was both effective and a pleasure to deal with. The food was perfect and wonderfully presented. They left our kitchen immaculate. One of the things we really appreciated was how helpful
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was all along the process. We went to one of their tastings about a month and a half before our party, right around the time that we decided to turn the party into a party/wedding. Not only did we get a good feel for the food and the presentation, we also got a lot of great advice on things we might not have otherwise considered, like tenting the front yard and renting additional tables and chairs. The afternoon before the event, we threw
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
a loop by asking if they had room to refrigerate the dessert we had ordered from another vendor. Not only did they accommodate this last minute request, they picked up the dessert and the stand to serve it on from the other vendor. On top of all this, they source as much as they can locally. As a result, the food's incredibly fresh, and your carbon footprint is lower. We'll hire them again in a heartbeat.

"I was planning a backyard picnic for my daughter's 1st birthday party and didn't want to do all the cooking myself. It was a bit of a challenge to find a caterer who would agree to do a small event (I had only 20 guests) and exactly what I specified (I wanted fried chicken and decorated cupcakes). Most of them, especially during the summer months, have at least a $500 or 25-guest minimum, whichever is greater. Out of the several caterers I contacted,
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
at
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
was by far the most prompt in responding and the most accommodating of my wishes. Via email, we arranged for fried chicken for 18 and 2 dozen cupcakes. I asked her what flavors/decor I could choose from and she said they'd do anything I wanted. This, I think, was the only pitfall. I asked for 1 dozen chocolate, 6 yellow, and 6 white. For frosting, I asked for light blue with yellow and pink flowers. Although they did exactly that, the cake was a bit dry and the frosting was absolutely tasteless--not even sweet. So although they were beautiful to look at and exactly what I asked for, they lacked imagination; I didn't realize I should ask for a flavoring in the frosting, for example. I wish
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
had suggested something or at least warned me that if I didn't specify a frosting flavor, there wouldn't be one at all. The chicken, on the other hand, was perfect, and since we didn't need anyone to serve, I didn't see the point of paying for delivery. They were fine with us picking up the food the morning of the party. So overall I'd say it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again; however, I'd tell anyone using them to ask a lot of questions and be very specific in their requests.

"A group of friends and I wanted to purchase a gift card from
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
for another friend who is having a crazy time right now. Despite repeated contact attempts, we never heard back from the folks at
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
and had to go to Plan B (which is also a mess, but that's a separate story). Estimated cost was $200."

"I visited the storefront on 35th S. W. and we created a list of goodies to eat that were finger friendly and did not have to be heated. There is a wonderful variety of items to select from and we mixed some chicken/beef selections with some vegetarian dishes, salad and bread. We confirmed all in writing and I picked the items up at the store several hours before. (The only other time I have had catering I had them deliver and serve as well as clean up, I did nothing before, during or after and felt as though angels had arrived and everything just magically happened.) I can't say enough about the food. Our favorite list is long but love the Chicken Sosaties, Asian Noodle Salad with Peanut Dressing on the side and
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
Lime Marinated Tofu Skewers. We had so much food for 25 people that we had some great leftovers as we relaxed and enjoyed the photos of our friends and family.

"I was on
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
's email list, and I got an email describing a three-week detox program. They were having a special on pricing, so it was too good to pass up. They periodically delivered three meals a day plus snacks in large coolers. The food was all organic, free of common allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, etc.), packed in freezable, microwavable containers. The food was varied and delicious. And there was more food than I could eat. Under normal circumstances it would probably be pretty expensive, but the service was fantastic and so was the food."

"Everything turned out great! It was a fairly casual party, and we decided to have a ''fajita station'' as the main course.
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
suggested appetizers, side dishes and desserts that went well with everything. We had a server and a chef, who arrived at our house in advance. They provided the decorations, dishes, glasses and linens, and cleaned up afterwards. I truly didn't have to do anything, other than pay the bill."

"The offer was really good with very well choosen food and very good suggestions on beverage. The company's rep.
Seattle Caterers Provider Name Locked
asked all the right questions to better understand the type of the party, the participants, etc. Extremely polite and on time. Overall an amazing experience."

"The offer was very good, the president of the company and the other people helping her were extremely polite, on time, very professional and helpful. Very, very good experience from all aspects: price, quality and variety of meals, presentation, decoration and professionalism. For sure I will use their service again."

"The food was acceptable, not as good as the dishes we sampled beforehand. The contract required prepayment, of course. Five months after the wedding, they called and claimed they had not been paid and were turning the account over to collection. What a mess!"
