"Professional work done on a time and materials basis. The beautiful detailed work still looks like new today."

"I can’t recommend
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
enough to anyone smart enough to listen. This summer,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
completed an exterior deck remodel and a kitchen remodel on my house. From the start of the project (the concept phase) to the completion of my punch list,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
did a fantastic job through and through. They were on time, UNDER budget and kept in contact with me on a daily basis. Honestly, at the end of the project, I got a little emotional that it was finished as they had become family to me.

Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is an EXCELLENT project manager. She worked diligently to get me the best pricing on tile, granite, glass railing, shower doors… you name it. Any “large ticket” item,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
thoroughly researched, made several calls, “hounded” manufacturers, all in the name of Project Management and all so I could get the best price. Her invoices were line item detailed like I have never experienced before thus enabling me to discuss the minutia of each item of my project. I was able to say “
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
actually didn’t paint that board on my upstairs deck so we need to take of $XX from this invoice…” and she did. Best of all,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is an excellent interior designer and her ideas were fantastic. She sketched out a model of where she thought things should go and I never looked back. She has even gone out of her way and communicated to me the best vendors she knows for the large pots I want to plant my flowers in next summer (not part of the scope of my project).

And
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
and his crew—I can not even express how professional they are, what wonderful craftsmen they are, and moreover, what plain nice people they are. It was a pleasure each and every day to see
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
’s white van in my driveway as I drove up from work. I trusted him 100% and from the beginning had no issues giving him full access to my house while I was away. He is a miracle worker. Period. I had some very detailed millwork that I wanted matched and
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
did that seamlessly. Any minor punch list items I had were completed with no questions asked.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
even took it upon him upon himself to point out things he thought could be done better and redid them (and these were not easy items—he removed by decking a second time to
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
certain areas that squeaked that he was certain had not squeaked before—as issue I had not even noticed). There was no project that was too small for him to help me with (in the middle of the job, I mentioned how dirty my gutters were and the next thing I knew,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
showed up with a pressure washer to take care of it).

From a business perspective,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
prices can’t be beat. My project was roughly 20% under what I had budgeted and much less than any estimates I received from their competitors. Moreover, I got so much more in terms of customer services for my money than I had anticipated. In short, I am beyond happy with
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
and want to shout to the world that really there ARE good, honest, nice contractors out there. All they wanted to do was please me which they did ten times over. Yes, I highly recommend
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked

Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
was very easy to work with and responsive to our needs, working under a tight time frame and within poorly-managed larger home-remodel project. He proved to be flexible and accommodating and got the work done on time and within budget. The quality of the finished outcome was excellent - we are very pleased with the work. Thanks

"The person that I really liked dealing with at Superior was
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
was so helpful and very professional. My wife changed her mind 3 times either because of the wood or the color. Many salesman would have run out the back door upon seeing my wife coming back in. However,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
just smiled, suggested other types of wood, design and/or color. We settled for Beech Wood with five piece drawer fronts with recessed panel.

The service man
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
Waine came out to the house after the contractor installed the base cabinets and hung the ceiling cabinets to adjust the doors and hinges.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
was very upset when he saw the "scars" on the recessed panel of the five piece drawer fronts which the craftsman from the contractor inflicted when he was drilling to attach the handles.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
took all four of the drawers back to his shop to replace the recessed panel and did not charge us for the extra time and material.

Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
Freeman coordinated the work orders between
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
Waine.

We will be celebrating our 44th anniversary on 09/23/11. My wife, who is a very difficult shopper, paid Superior Cabinets the utmost compliment.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
said their name "Superior Cabinets is so appropriate. THEY ARE SUPERIOR!."

Thank you

"The process went very well. I had quite a time deciding between new cabinets and refacing the current cabinets. In finally went with refacing in order to save a few hundred dollars and to ensure the footprint of the cabinets did not change because I wasn't planning on redoing the flooring.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
was friendly and helpful to work with. He came when he said he would. He estimated installation to occur over two days. He had to come back a third day to do some finishing, but that was no problem. I'm very happy with the look and with the work that
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
did.

"ATTENTION TO DETAIL: What I actually appreciate most about
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is his ability to think through projects from start-to-finish to help ensure that I?m getting the finished project that I want. For example, I originally hired another tile company recommended on this site to complete the custom walk-in shower upstairs. When the owner of the other company came to start the job (three weeks later than his stated start-date, I might add), it was clear that he was only interested in doing the bare minimum to complete the job ? there was no collaboration, no sharing of his expertise, no interest in double-checking to make sure my initial design was the best possible for the space. After the other tile guy was let go,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
took over the project and did a superb job. Unlike the other tile guy,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
took the time to go over my design in detail to make sure I was getting the look and functionality that I wanted. All of his suggested tweaks (changing the placement, size and layout of the built-in cubbies as well as the size and layout of the tile bench) not only made sense based on the tile I chose, but his suggestions actually made the shower look and function a 100x better. After working with a number of non-thinking contractors, I have come to realize that
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
's attention to detail and the thought-process he puts into every project is priceless. In fact, it?s so invaluable that I've come to the point that I first turn to
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
before I even think of hiring anyone else. HONEST AND ETHICAL:
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is a wonderfully nice, ethical, and upstanding guy to work with. He has not only been honest and communicative with me about the cost of materials/labor for each project he undertakes, but equally valuable, he looks out for me and makes sure that the other contractor's I hire are doing the best job possible as well. For example, I hired a plumber to fix some of the plumbing in my house as well as install all new toilets. After the plumber installed the first toilet on the main floor?I thought (as a
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
person) that it looked fine and barely gave the toilet a second glance.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
, however, pointed out that the toilet wasn?t level and encouraged me to call the plumber back to make sure he properly shimmed the toilet. Later on, I had my wood floors refinished. Midway through that job, the wood floor guy tried to get away with doing a less-than-stellar job on the sanding in a few areas and tried to convince me that [x - sorry I can't recall!] couldn't be done.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
, however, pulled me aside later that day to explain why [x] could be done and he even took me throughout the house to point out all the areas that the floor guy should retouch. In short,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
quietly looked out for me. He made sure that everyone I hired was doing the best work possible and that they were being honest and ethical as well. OPEN COMMUNICATION: Overall,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is a great communicator. He asks a lot of questions at the beginning of a project (which I appreciate) and he?s wo

"We were very happy to the outcome of our kitchen remodeling project done by
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
Construction. We picked them based on their excellent Angie's list rating. Work involved cabinet refacing, granite countertops, sink installation, appliance installation, tile work, floor work, as well as electrical plumbing works. Throughout this remodeling process, I was communicating with
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
by e-mail, which is my preferred method to do. He replied to my mail question quickly.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
and
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
are nice pair since it was
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
who we had originally worked with in the planning and bid whereas it was
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
who was doing the daily work.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
did a beautiful tiling and cabinet refacing. They started the project exactly on the date they said they would and they finished on schedule. Overall, we are very happy for their excellent work. We hire them again when something will come up.

"Overall
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
did a very good job. We had 3 painters give us a quote, and when
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
came out we were impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail, and understanding of the scope of work. Even though his quote was the highest we went with them because I wasn't looking for a cheap price, I was looking for quality and I wanted the job done professionally. One very nice perk of hiring
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
was that included in their bid was a 1-hr free color consultation with an interior decorator. She came out, helped us pick our color palette and I can't tell you how much value that added. We had worked out the general color schemes beforehand and provided her with computer mockups. She helped us really refine our color choices, pick the right shade of white, and, most importantly, she made sure that all the different colors worked together as a unified palette. When the painters started, the scheduling got off to a bit of a rocky start. The day we were expecting them to start (and my husband had taken off work to be at home) there was a miscommunication, and the team never showed up. But
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
showed great customer service, followed up with us, explained the misunderstanding, and the team showed up the next day. The team of painters,
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
by
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
, set to work, and took over the house. It was a massive job, and I'm glad we weren't living there at the time because they were working in every room and painting every surface.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
quotes their jobs in 3 levels of quality, and we selected Level 2. That means it's a good, quality job, but they don't necessary level and prime every surface.
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
told us a day or two into it, that we would really want to prime the door frames and window frames, and that he would throw in the labor if we would pay for materials. That was a very generous offer on his part, and we elected to do some (but not all) of the surfaces he recommended. And I'm glad we did. They turned out very nicely. (Now that I look back, we should have done all of them.) The painting got done in about 12-15 days which was very fast for the amount of work it was. I had requested that they hold off painting the baseboards because we were going to have the hard wood floors refinished after the painting and I knew our baseboards were going to get torn up. But
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
said they were scheduled too tightly and couldn't take a break for the floor guys to come in. I said OK, and we had the floors done after the painting, but now our baseboards and lower parts of the wall need some major touch-ups. (which we will probably do ourselves) When they were done, the paint job looked great! What a transformation! The colors were beautiful, and the painters did the appropriate touch-ups at the end of the job. The problem was that in all of the commotion they had lost a lot of our hardware (the pulls to the living room windows, the pulls to 2 closet drawers, a kitchen drawer pull, and a bedroom window pull). They said without hesitation that they would replace them, but because of their busy schedule it took about a month and a half for them to come back with replacements. But, most importantly, they delivered on what they promised. (
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
's professionalism really stood out.) And they had removed our bedroom doorstop to paint. It was lost along with the other stuff, so when the wood floor contractors came in they banged the door into the wall and the door handle left a
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
in our freshly painted bedroom wall. I talked to
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
about it, and they apologized and came out to fix the wall damage, repaint the area and install a new doorstop. I was very appreciative. Overall, the place looks great, but there are some areas where the paint is peeling. I don't know if this is because we didn't buy the upgraded, expensive paint (we just went the basic brand they included for their quote), or because they didn't prep certain areas well, or what. we've only lived in the house for a month, but a few of our window sills have chipped paint (and we've never set anything on these window sills yet), a corner of our fireplace is peeling, and the edges of a window are peeling. These are small things, but I didn't expect them 4 weeks out. I also think that if I were to redo it again, I would choose the Level 3 quality. I am a picky person, and all the little stuff (that other people might not notice) jumps out. But all in all, it was a heck of a job, and
Seattle Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
really brought an old, beaten down house up to a very nice, move-in quality. (please see pictures)
