"It was excellent. I called him at 10:30 am on Saturday and was able to see me same day at 1:30 pm. He replaced a tooth and I wanted to make an appointment to have" them re-aligned. He said no problem, that he would do it right now. He was just a life saver because it was a front tooth that fell out. He could have made money and said that I needed new dentures, but he didn't.

"I didn't actually end up seeing the doctor. I only ended up speaking to the receptionist. I called over a month ago to schedule an appointment. I scheduled" it for today, 8/17/15, at 11:20. I called ahead to confirm the appointment and they told me that my appointment was at 10:40. I told them I could not make that time and they told me that is fine and to just get here when I can. I ended up arriving around 11 and the receptionist told me I was late and that I would have to wait. Finally they said they would have to reschedule me at a different time. I was very taken aback by the rudeness and lack of professionalism by the staff. I am very disappointed that they switched my appointment time without notifying me.

Aromatherapy reviews in Seattle

Office is nice and they are in the process if moving to a bigger office. Friendly receptionist, filled out paperwork and waited. We were brought into a back office and pictures were taken, numbing cream applied, which worked well compared to what I have used before. A while later the Doctor came in and took our vitals. Then we were moved to ...More 's room.
I hate hate hate getting etc., and brought my own stress ball, but I hate getting old worse. has fantastic bedside manner, explained everything in detail and said people have told her she is basically pain free. Still nervous at this point, she started with voluma and I waited for the pain that usually went along with it, thinking there is no way this is not going to hurt like I remembered, I barely felt it, crazy but true. We actually enjoyed our time with and will NEVER EVER EVER go anywhere else ever. Big thanks to and her staff for making this something I will never dread again.

The session went very well! After fully understanding my professional life and the stresses that go with, we honed in on my personal life and discussed some of the imbalances I have experienced and how it has negatively impacted my professional life. We then proceeded with the session, exploring areas of my inner self on how best to relax under any ...More and all situations. She helped me explore other avenues and methods of relaxtion. We concluded our session with a discussion on nutrition, healthy sample dishes, and cooking preparation techniques to help save time. While I have always been fully aware of what I need to do in order to get some balance back in my life, working with during that session has truly shown me how best to tackle issues and deal with them right on the spot, rather than postponing and letting them continue to bother me. Since that initial reiki session, I have gone back for more sessions, some yoga sessions and have incorporated some of her cooking methodologies into my daily routine.

I will never go back to this provider. Not because of the actual massage or massage therapist but because of their extremely poor customer service. My husband and I had purchased massage services from this provider via Groupon. We scheduled our appointments in a timely fashion and were both quite satisfied with our massages. After our massages, I ...More scheduled an appointment for us to receive another massage in approximately 4 weeks. I had purchased 3 massages through Groupon. We used 2 of them and intended to use the other for one of us the next time around. My husband had received a massage through the owner. When we scheduled follow up, we were told that we could not schedule with her as she did not "take groupon customers." I thought this a bit strange but was ok with it and we scheduled our massages with an alternate therapist approximately 4 weeks ahead of time for Mother's day weekend. 2 days prior to the massage, we received a call from the provider telling us that we would have to re-schedule because they would not take any Groupon customers on that weekend. If we wanted our massages, we would have to pay full price and not use the Groupon. Well one of us was already not going to use a Groupon because we only had one left. We actually intended to purchase additional massages through their advertised wellness program. I was told that one of us could actually have a massage but the other would have to reschedule. I was at a complete loss. How does a company offer services through Groupon but then not actually take customers for these services? Also, why would they allow us to make these appointments in the first place if they weren't going to honor them and call us 2 days prior to tell us that. In my mind, they screwed up the scheduling to begin with so shouldn't they just have recognized that and allowed us to just come anyway without any further discussion? They already had staff planned to be there and would have generated future business with the wellness program and maintained good customer relations. Instead, they were rude and uncaring and did not let us keep the appointments. So we didn't keep the appointments (leaving me bummed as I was looking forward to treating myself for Mother's Day). Dissatisfied, I contacted Groupon and actually got my money back for the 3rd massage as I will not ever be going back to this provider. I cannot believe that someone would choose to run their business this way. We obviously were happy with our massages given that we made repeat appointments. Why would you choose to 2 customers (especially ones interested in the wellness program) over the cost difference between the groupon and the regular massage cost? This really does not make any financial or customer service sense in my mind. I don't usually write reviews but I do think that buyers should be very cautious when buying groupons from this provider. Also, if this is how they treat their repeat business, I would advise against even starting with them in the first place. There are plenty of places to go for a massage, choose one that values their customers - with or without discounts.

The massage was excellent. I have had lower back problems for years and the massage gave me much relief from the pain. I always feel great after the massage and pain free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage.

One of the best facial treatments that I ever had.
the facial included everything : cleanse, oxygenate, exfoliation , , extractions
Face massage and neck and shoulders massage.
And hydration.
the organic Eminence products used are fabulous; I already order the Acai face cream.
After the treatment ...More my face looked younger and beautiful.
I highly recommend her.

He's an excellent provider. I went in in excruciating pain and when I woke up, all the problems were gone. He's got a great staff too. Like any neurosurgeon, it takes like usually a week to get in to see him initially, but after that it's fine. He's great in the office. I've had nothing but good experience with him.
- George T.

Overall the massage therapist, , was wonderful. He always follows up with trouble spots and asks if there are any adjustments to the massage I would like. He uses a good amount of pressure, I have gone other places and tend to find the pressure too light despite choosing deep tissue. I go monthly & use their membership ...More program. The only drawback is the setting, it is not quite as soothing as other spas I have visited. Staff is always attentive & friendly but the room where customers wait to meet the therapist is small and a little 'cold'. The massage tables are heated & the linens are nice.
- Katie S.

Everything was very good. She is a very good doctor. I've laser treatment for veins with her, too. She is just a really nice person and a total professional. The facilities were very nice, too. The office staff was very friendly to work with also.
