"The session went very well! After fully understanding my professional life and the stresses that go with, we honed in on my personal life and discussed some of" the imbalances I have experienced and how it has negatively impacted my professional life. We then proceeded with the session, exploring areas of my inner self on how best to relax under any and all situations. She helped me explore other avenues and methods of relaxtion. We concluded our session with a discussion on nutrition, healthy sample dishes, and cooking preparation techniques to help save time. While I have always been fully aware of what I need to do in order to get some balance back in my life, working with
during that session has truly shown me how best to tackle issues and deal with them right on the spot, rather than postponing and letting them continue to bother me. Since that initial reiki session, I have gone back for more sessions, some yoga sessions and have incorporated some of her cooking methodologies into my daily routine.

"I will never go back to this provider. Not because of the actual massage or massage therapist but because of their extremely poor customer service. My husband and" I had purchased massage services from this provider via Groupon. We scheduled our appointments in a timely fashion and were both quite satisfied with our massages. After our massages, I scheduled an appointment for us to receive another massage in approximately 4 weeks. I had purchased 3 massages through Groupon. We used 2 of them and intended to use the other for one of us the next time around. My husband had received a massage through the owner. When we scheduled follow up, we were told that we could not schedule with her as she did not "take groupon customers." I thought this a bit strange but was ok with it and we scheduled our massages with an alternate therapist approximately 4 weeks ahead of time for Mother's day weekend. 2 days prior to the massage, we received a call from the provider telling us that we would have to re-schedule because they would not take any Groupon customers on that weekend. If we wanted our massages, we would have to pay full price and not use the Groupon. Well one of us was already not going to use a Groupon because we only had one left. We actually intended to purchase additional massages through their advertised wellness program. I was told that one of us could actually have a massage but the other would have to reschedule. I was at a complete loss. How does a company offer services through Groupon but then not actually take customers for these services? Also, why would they allow us to make these appointments in the first place if they weren't going to honor them and call us 2 days prior to tell us that. In my mind, they screwed up the scheduling to begin with so shouldn't they just have recognized that and allowed us to just come anyway without any further discussion? They already had staff planned to be there and would have generated future business with the wellness program and maintained good customer relations. Instead, they were rude and uncaring and did not let us keep the appointments. So we didn't keep the appointments (leaving me bummed as I was looking forward to treating myself for Mother's Day). Dissatisfied, I contacted Groupon and actually got my money back for the 3rd massage as I will not ever be going back to this provider. I cannot believe that someone would choose to run their business this way. We obviously were happy with our massages given that we made repeat appointments. Why would you choose to
2 customers (especially ones interested in the wellness program) over the cost difference between the groupon and the regular massage cost? This really does not make any financial or customer service sense in my mind. I don't usually write reviews but I do think that buyers should be very cautious when buying groupons from this provider. Also, if this is how they treat their repeat business, I would advise against even starting with them in the first place. There are plenty of places to go for a massage, choose one that values their customers - with or without discounts.

He's an excellent provider. I went in in excruciating pain and when I woke up, all the problems were gone. He's got a great staff too. Like any neurosurgeon, it takes like usually a week to get in to see him initially, but after that it's fine. He's great in the office. I've had nothing but good experience with him.

Overall the massage therapist,
Seattle Aromatherapists Provider Name Locked
, was wonderful. He always follows up with trouble spots and asks if there are any adjustments to the massage I would like. He uses a good amount of pressure, I have gone other places and tend to find the pressure too light despite choosing deep tissue. I go monthly & use their membership program. The only drawback is the setting, it is not quite as soothing as other spas I have visited. Staff is always attentive & friendly but the room where customers wait to meet the therapist is small and a little 'cold'. The massage tables are heated & the linens are nice.

During my appointment with

Overall, I have gone to
