Appliance Repair reviews in Seattle

My initial call was returned promptly on the same day and an appointment was scheduled.
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
came out on time and diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost and approximate date for repair. I received a call the next day saying they had a cancellation and were able to come out that day. The trip and labor charges came in less than the estimate. I am exceptionally happy with their promptness, professionalism and communication. I will definitely use
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
again and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called the provider and left a message with my contact information and an explanation of the repair service needed; 36 hours later I still have not heard from the provider. If the provider is on vacation, that information should be included on the answering machine/greeting. Otherwise, the provider should return calls within a timely manner. Leaving appropriate greetings and being responsive are aspects of professionalism that I appreciate.

Nick was right on time to repair my dryer. He was one of the few appliance repair places that I found that repaired Samsung appliances. He was great. He diagnosed the problem and presented my options. I decided to have him replace the belt. He took the dryer apart, replaced the belt and put it all back together, as well as tested everything to make sure the dryer was operating correctly. He did all that very efficiently and with great skill. I was impressed! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.

Fantastic! For starters, After calling 3 or 4 appliance repair shops,
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
was the only operation that would come to the house to work on this New Zealand made washing machine.
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
explained the operation of this machine to me better than anyone else has (or probably will). The problem, according to
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
, most likely, had something to do the drain mechanism. Since we have 3-4 loads of laundry per day, many objects can find their way into the drain mechanism and cause it to malfunction.
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
taught me the basic operation of this unique machine and the the sounds that each cycle makes, so that I can, in the future, be able to diagnose problems. The flat fee service call was well worth it!!!!

The tech arrived on time, coordinating his arrival so I could leave work in time to meet him. He explained that the small box covered the pipe that is connected to the ice maker- except I don't have that feature. The screw that held the box together had been stripped (it was always kind of loose). I felt rather silly for calling (the service call was covered under warranty), but the tech was kind and thoroughly explained how my refrigerator works better than the original installers had done.
In all, the tech was professional, punctual, and very kind. I would definitely call this service (they are based in Portland but have techs in the Seattle area) if I needed help with a large appliance repair.

We have called on
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
's services a few times in the past. He is very quick to respond, and does a bit of troubleshooting on the phone, suggesting possible fixes. Then is usually able to schedule a visit within just a few days.
This time, much the same. We live outside of the Seattle area, with a rental house on Capitol Hill. Quick phone call, discussed problem with clothes dryer, he suggested things to try that might fix it. When that didn't work, he scheduled a visit, showed up on time, resolved the problem. He called that evening to explain what he did. Efficient, professional! Highly recommend.

He was clean, on time and incredibly professional. Very personable and both my husband and I felt comfortable with his expertise.

I called at 8pm and they had someone out there in less than 24 hours. He took apart the door, then put it back together and the dishwasher worked. He had a part ready for the most likely thing contributing to the malfunction. I was only charged for a service call because somehow it worked after being put back together.

He promptly returned our call in less than 24 hours. (A review on Yelp indicated he did not return calls, but that has not been our experience.) He gave a (correct) diagnosis over the phone and was over in less than 24 hours to disconnect the problem burner. He said either he could order the part from his supplier, or we could get it for about 50% less on-line. (We opted for the latter.) He asked us to give him a call as soon as the part arrives and he will install it right away.
He spent at least an hour here. He carefully pulled out the
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
without damaging the hardwood floor. He had to remove about a zillion screws to get at the panel, and meticulously put them all back. We were struck by his thoughtful, careful work. Plus, he was a very likeable, professional man.
We highly recommend him.

My dryer, after many years of service, suddenly started to smell like it was burning. I was headed out of town for a long stretch, and planning to have a house sitter living in my home and didn't want them to be stuck without a working dryer, so time was of the essence. I called around and ended up choosing
Seattle Appliance Repair Experts Provider Name Locked
because of their responsiveness and ability to come soon. They were communicative throughout. One of the things I like about Accurate Services is that Nick IS the business. He does all the work himself and is accountable. Nick came, assessed the situation then needed to order a part and come back. He did, as scheduled. He replaced the brittle, broken tubing and the failed felt seal. He charged under $200 for everything, which I thought seamed reasonable. He wrote out a clear, itemized bill and was very transparent about what he was doing, how much everything cost, etc. Nick is a very sweet, kind, considerate guy. I felt comfortable enough with him in my home, that when my daughter and I needed to leave before he was done with the job, I felt completely comfortable leaving him a key and asking him to lock up when he was done. It worked out great. Nick will definitely be my go-to guy for any other appliance repair I need and I recommend him without reservation!
