"On Oct 19, 2013 I purchased $99 worth of the service of complete Cutter cleaning and Roof Debris Removal, however, nobody showed up to this date.

' team does a very through job even for the most meticulous clients. Every corner is scrubbed well. Items typically missed by other cleaners are taken care of without specific instructions, which also demonstrates professionalism and makes the process easy to manage from a homeowners' side. The cleaners don't remember where some items were located in a room (rugs, standing picture frames), and I have to move things around after they are done. This is the only area I see that can be improved for regular customers.
I've also used
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
for a move-out cleaning of a townhome and the job was done very well and within 1-1.5 hours since 5-6 people came out. Contacts I recommended
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
to have also noted that the job was well done.

"They showed up on time and they were friendly.
We have small home, a little over 800sf. One of the rooms was excluded from the cleaning, so they did not have a large area to clean. The price for this house cleaning was $180, but the cleaning was not good. They missed several spider webs, they did not dust thoroughly, the oven was not cleaned properly and they did not move the refrigerator to clean behind or besides. 2 out of 7 promised windows were not cleaned at all. All that missing and yet they charged $180?? The carpet cleaning was good.
We called them back and asked them to do it right. They came back, hastily went through the house again, still missed dust and webs, cleaned the 2 missing windows sloppy and left.
We will not use this service again.

"I called to request next day window cleaning and was able to schedule service as requested. The
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
who set up the service was professional and courteous and called me the next day to let me know the crew was running a little late. They did a great job on the windows and worked quickly. I actually had to check to see if they forgot to attach a screen on one window - it was so clean I couldn't even see it! I'm really pleased with the work and will definitely use them again.

"After buying this coupon, I was sent an email confirming my purchase. I requested a couple of possible dates for the service to be performed. I didn't hear back from the company for awhile so I left a voice message to follow up. After some time I was contacted and a firm date was set up. I was also informed they wash windows and was given a quote. The crew was good and efficient and the job well done.

"The crew showed up right on time, in a truck with

signage. They had ladders, and everything they'd need to get the job done. They team was professional, and treated the house with respect (wore shoe covers, were very careful when taking down screens, they vacuumed up any debris that fell to the floor from the window sills). My house is a one story, and I had 16 windows and screens cleaned. They did a great job cleaning everything, and putting it all back together. I'd definitely hire
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
again.

"Overall did decent job but lacked professionalism and attention to detail.
The two chaps who carried out the work were v nonchalant and I had to point out large visible blemishes that they had missed.
Did rectify any overlooked spots without any argument or 'attitude' though.
The rep I spoke to initially to book my appt was borderline rude and misinformed me about available dates. She told me they were fully booked beyond Christmas but when I phoned back for a cancellation I was told there was full availability! V poor customer service.

"I have used
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
for more than 10 years and have been generally pleased; however, this latest lack of professionalism has solidified my intention to find another window washer (and there are 100's in the bay area).First, I scheduled my appointment *weeks* prior. Two days prior to scheduled appt., they asked me to move my appt. UP by one hour, to accommodate them and a cancellation prior to me.Then, the day of, they called me to cancel my appt. When I pushed back (because I have a scheduled party for which I'm having windows cleaned), they said they'd be there between 1-3:30 pm. At 1:10 pm today, they called to say they now couldn't make it before 3:30 pm (**4 hours after confirmed time**). I asked for financial compensation and they said they would have a manager call.No such call has been received.Go somewhere else for your window washing."

"I have used them several times. The first time they tripped my alarm and the alarm company had to come out. The owner of
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
gave me a complementary window washing and that was nice. They are very good, professional and do great work. They clean the casing around the windows, sliding glass doors and everything. They stand behind there guarantee. They are very good."

"Company seems overall responsive and provided a quote quickly. I had questions about it and did receive additional email saying that I had been mis-quoted and that was corrected (price went up slightly). On day of server, the crew of two individuals came to our property and I believe were on-time.

The crew lead from the first minute I opened the door made me question getting the service done, I am not sure whether he didn't want to be working, it was a partial language
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
, or lack of personal skills but things just weren't right. I felt uncomfortable in my own home. I have had hired many vendors before and felt that this particular vendor representative could definitely have been more professional. First thing he did was tell me that there was an additional charge for one of my windows (second time the price was up'd since my original quote - again, not a lot of money but seems like there should be a "cheet sheet" for what a window is charged). The price creep was fine for me, again, it was negligible. I don't even remember him saying hello or anything that would be construed as a greeting. Once he started the job he began to just push my screens out the window by sort of popping his hand against the screen. As I just recently paid to have a screen re-done, I was conscious of the cost of them and found it very surprising this is how he removed them as I watched them fall to the ground. Since the crew left, I have found broken pieces from my screen tabs on the ground outside as well as inside my home. Wasn't expecting that from a company that has so many "A's". The windows aren't that old either. =(

I generally clean my own windows and my sole reason of hiring
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
was to clean the screens and the tracks of the windows and do a more professional cleaning job than I do with my bi-annual washings. In the end, I can't believe I wasted my money for this "service". Half the tracks were missed and I had to go back and ask the guy to re-do areas he completely missed. I felt like I was a mom pointing to their teenager to make sure they cleaned this spot or that spot. In the end I gave up, realizing that my tracks were still going to be dirty and that this crew wasn't going to give me the service I expected...I was charged on the order of $1.50/window from someone to take a dirty rag and wipe it quickly (maybe only a couple seconds) around the track... done! That's it. The crew was done in approx. 90-120 minutes cleaning approximately 10 windows and a sliding glass door (including screens and tracks), so that equates to paying each person approx. $50/hr in the two person team to do a poor job on my windows with very little material cost. That's a lot of money!

Even at the "Angie's List" discount (which is what my previous figures referenced), I was very unhappy with the end result. I contacted the company via email and then in response to a customer survey they sent out. I got a result after filling out the survey and was told they will talk to one of the manager's about refunding me for the track cost. They wanted me to send them a copy of the receipt or what 2 weeks for one of the managers to be back in-house. (Realize that this probably equates to about $15 that they are talking about refunding me). However; considering that was the only reason I wanted and thus paid for the rest of the fee, I am not a happy customer. Next time, I won't even think to pay someone to do my windows based on this experience. For a company called "
San Jose Window Cleaners Provider Name Locked
", I found them to leave a lot to be desired! I am assuming that other crews must be much better or this gentlemen was having a "very" off day. Or maybe most people have windows that are dire need of cleaning and almost anything is better than what they were...
