arrived about ten in the morning. They insisted on leaving all their equipment on the front porch and only take in what they need for the moment. They both worked...and worked hard......for over four hours. I have not yet discovered a surface that was not cleaned. I include even the ceilings. We still have the old "popcorn" ceilings and they were getting dingy.

covered every inch of every ceiling.....turns out cobwebs were the problem and going around the edges of the ceilings did nothing for the well established network above us. Our ceilings look like they were just painted!!!! Baseboards, cupboard doors, drawer fronts, thresholds...all cleaned. The fireplace front scrubbed; flanges in all sink drains cleaned and polished; even my oven was cleaned (had not expected anyone would ever look into my oven); and, to top it all off, thoroughly cleaned all corners and behind all doors....so we don't see the "dark" areas where the vacuum had not reached in years!!!!

"They 1st made an appointment with me where they came and looked around. We had a nice informal chat afterward too. On the day of cleaning, they did a very thorough job. They forgot a few small things which I pointed out at the end, but it seemed that once they cleaned something, it ended up clean. They took about 4hrs or so and had about 5 people. "Two window cleaners arrived from the company within the half-hour window they committed. They started with the inside windows, put booties on their feet to keep the carpets clean, and worked their way around the house, removing the screens as they went. I had already moved furniture out of their way (there is a long list of things the company is not ...more responsible for, which they ask you to read before work begins), and what I didn't move, they worked around. They pointed my attention to some damaged plaster around a window, which I appreciated. Once completing the interior, they worked their way around the house cleaning the outsides of the windows. They scrubbed and hosed the screens off on the lawn, which I might have cared about if my lawn were in better shape. Finally, they came back in (with booties) and rehung all the screens. They were here for about 2 hours. Their work was impeccable. I will hire them again."
