"We hired (THD At-Home Services, Inc.) to redo our roof. The company subcontracted out the work, and while they were installing the materials for the new roof, the structure of our attic was damaged to such a degree that the front wall of the house was separated three quarters of an inch from the ceiling. The water damage was in the living room, ruining carpet and padding and water also leaked into the basement through the sub-floor. The roof is still not completed and we have been having close to freezing temperatures at night. We have been in constant contact with multiple people at THD At-Home Services, Inc. and a general liability claim has been opened, but they have not claimed responsibility. To date THD At-Home Services, Inc. has done nothing to fix the damage. We have consulted with building experts, hired a contractor, hired a structural engineer, and began a permit process through the city of San

(CA) to fix the damage. We should not be spending our time and money to fix a problem we did not create. Monday, December 6, 2010 will be five weeks since our house was damaged, and so far nothing has happened. According to our contractor, the damage will be at least $13,000, not including repairs and replacement of carpet from water damage and other accrued expenses. The only news we have had from the subcontractor?s insurance is that we will have to pay to fix the damage and that we might be reimbursed. A manager from THD At-Home Services, Inc., contacted us for the first time three weeks after the event and has not been out to see the property, in fact, no one from THD At-Home Services, Inc. has been out to our house since November 2, 2010."

Gross price $720 but after 10% Angie's list member discount and other, total $600. Would definitely hire again! "
