"DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY!!! When I called to find out if they could handle a field mice infestation, the "gentleman" who answered the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken to!!! He actually berated me for calling because I live in San

When I explained it was through another subscription consumer review site (at the time I wasn't on Angie's List) he ranted (screaming over the phone) about how he did not want his business listed on any type of site like that and who would dare put his business on that site. He only shut up when I told him his customers put him there because they thought he was good and they actually paid to do it. During his embarrassed silence I apologized for calling and hung up. I was so upset, it took me a couple of years to do this review. This is the only negative review I've put on this type of site out of the many I've done. P.S. His listing only said

"Rat infestation in 2010:

is extremely professional and courteous. The technician explained everything in detail and checked our house to make sure rats had not infiltrated elsewhere (he actually found evidence in our attic and took care of it also). He then explained that he was going to set traps, where he was going to put them, and that he would be back in a week to check them. He also identified areas where the rats were able to get in and advised having them screened after trapping was complete. He found rats in the trap the first time he came back and left them there for a 2nd week. When he found them empty, he also inspected areas where he had found evidence of them previously to ensure they were gone. He called back a week after the last trapping to remind us to set up an appointment for the screening (FYI, he had left us messages after our previous infestation but we never got around to doing it which is probably why we got them again!). We also paid an extra amount ($75???) to have all rat nests and droppings removed. Definitely will use

again and again!!"
