"The cabinets and installation work Best provided is great. We picked a dark cherry with a glazed finish. Our kitchen looks as good as any we have seen. We did have some issues with Best. The job was done within the short estimated time gave us. We had problems with new installation 'can' lighting. Two were installed in the wrong ...more location, and when moved to the correct location, the old opening was not patched properly. The opening in the custom counter-depth refrigerator cabinet was too big and needed to be reworked with a repair that is visible. The island designed by Best was not supported properly.

The glue from the installation was dripped all the way down the front of my newly purchased dishwasher; they were supposed to come back and replace the front cover and never did. They failed to return phone calls and often did not show up on time. They drilled the holes for the ...more new hardware on the cabinets on the wrong side and the filled holes are still visible. They took too many short cuts and I would not recommend them."
