"We contracted with
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to completely remodel our 1960's kitchen. They told us the job would take 3 weeks, at which point I laughed at my husband and said this can't be true. They completed the job in 3 weeks and within the estimated budget. If I had to do another kitchen remodel I would go with them in a heartbeat, we couldn't be happier with the work they did. At the time we contracted with them I was 6 months pregnant with twin boys, the decision to remodel was basically a now or never. This was a very low stress remodel, if anything didn't seem right all I had to do was call
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and she would make it right. The tile didn't turn out great it was difficult to install and some of the smaller tiles had cracked once the grout dried.
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was happy to send out her best tile guy to fix them. We shopped around quite a bit the plan was to do a

update and enlarge the kitchen from it's 10 by 10 to slightly larger. I was very impressed with the professionalism of

our designer at
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. She showed us how to maximize our space without losing any natural light from the windows. The quality of the cabinets was excellent, real fruit wood. They were even nice enough to add a cabinet face to the side of my last cabinet for a more finished look. Much better than Ikea which was running in second place for this job. Everyone that came to our house worked for
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
they were very professional, punctual and kept the place clean. They were considerate enough to leave me with a
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and plumbing as long as they could so I could cook a little. Everyone else we contacted wanted to rip everything out then get started. When it came time to check the gas line, our
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
hadn't arrived yet.
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
and her team dropped off a loaner
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
so they could test the gas line. The team that came to vent the exhaust worked out an excellent and creative solution to venting that saved us 1,000 dollars. All in all I'm very happy with our new kitchen. I would recommend
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to anyone who wants to re-do their kitchen on time and within a very reasonable budget.

"They were very professional. The quality was very good. They were very timely. From the time they came out to do the measurements it was 1 week to install. They had the best price too."

"The cabinets and installation work Best provided is great. We picked a dark cherry with a glazed finish. Our kitchen looks as good as any we have seen. We did have some issues with Best. The job was done within the short estimated time
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
gave us. We had problems with new installation 'can' lighting. Two were installed in the wrong location, and when moved to the correct location, the old opening was not patched properly. The opening in the custom counter-depth refrigerator cabinet was too big and needed to be reworked with a repair that is visible. The island designed by Best was not supported properly.
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
committed to return and repair this but has not followed up even though he had specific appointments. I would not hire Best again for anything other than cabinet fabrication and installation.

"I was not too pleased with the end result of this remodel on my kitchen. The glue from the installation was dripped all the way down the front of my newly purchased dishwasher; they were supposed to come back and replace the front cover and never did. They failed to return phone calls and often did not show up on time. They drilled the holes for the new hardware on the cabinets on the wrong side and the filled holes are still visible. They took too many short cuts and I would not recommend them."

"I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
, my design consultant from Case, worked with me every step of the way from the initial consultation, picking out and buying materials from local suppliers and suggesting design ideas. Chip performed most of the work from tear-down to the finishing touches, and supervised the sub-contractors they hired. All work was done extremely professionally and I was kept informed of progress every day since I work full-time. Everyone I worked with was very prompt for all appointments. The quality of workmanship is outstanding; the job was completed on time and just slightly above the contract price, which I approved. I highly recommend Case for a remodel, especially if you want the extra assistance from a design consultant and willing to pay extra for this. I will be bringing them back to do my bathrooms within the few years."

"The project went pretty well. Our carpenter
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was very skillful, punctual, cleaned up every day and was fun to have around. The bottom line is that the room looks great. I'm not too
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
on Case's business practices, however. The cabinets were a month late being ordered and the statement of work attached to the contract was pretty vague. This
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
to misunderstandings about what was included in the price and what wasn't. Also the cabinets did not come in exactly as we ordered and since no one (Case or subcontractor) would own up to the error, it cost us extra to make it right. There were also too many progress payments. 9 of them for a two week job. I was writing checks every day. They also tried to get me to make the final payment before the job was completed to my satisfaction. No way!

"The work is still incomplete and they've been really difficult to deal with. They don't communicate with each other and they don't show up when they say they're going to. I can't get a straight answer from my sales person (Sherida), the project manager (
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
), or any of the guys who've been at my house doing the work. The counters are done and they look great, but there are holes in my cabinets from where they drilled, and then left without putting the handles in. For some reason, when I call to ask when they're going to complete the work, they sound surprised. I wish I could go back 3 weeks and pick a different vendor! The new island--basically 2 cabinets pushed together with a granite top--isn't great quality, and there are a few small pieces of unfinished wood sticking out at the bottom."

"This was a horrible experience. They started out very professional and helpful, but then the project was delayed.
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
had one excuse after another. He started the job, but wasn't able to complete it due to our contractor's fault. This we understood, but we had a difficult time trying to get him back out to finish the job. We lived without part of our countertops for over a month past the agreed-upon installation date. He would tell us he was going to show up, then wouldn't show up and wouldn't call either. One time he messed up the job and had to try to fix it, but wasn't able to. Another time he dropped the countertop after it was fabricated, so he had to buy more granite for us. Overall, he was very unprofessional. We tried to work with him and all the problems he was having, but we continued to get screwed each time. Finally when we threatened to

to finish the job. The final product was OK.

"One of neighbors recommended this company to us. We think word of mouth is the best way to go, because we had a great experience with this company. We did not have any problems and the work was done to our satisfaction. We thought that the quality of work was very good and we would recommend them."

"After our first remodel 18 years ago with
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
we have never called any other contractor. From start to finish they try to do everything possible to meet your needs and vision for your remodel. They pay attention to the smallest details. They are professional, easy to work with, courteous, and conscientious. From their years of experience they offer insight into your design that often even the architect or designers don't think about. From the start of the project they are aware of how a remodel impacts the household and make every effort to minimize that impact. At the end of each day they clean up as much as possible so there are not messes everywhere. During the time they are working on the project someone is there working most every day hence there is very little down time. At the start they give you a projected timeline so things flow smoothly. There are less expensive and more expensive contractors but
San Jose Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
is worth what you pay.
