I showed
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
my idea and he totally got it. He and his team built a dividing wall in my bath so I have an open shower stall. I bought the tile (
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
) I wanted and we played around with designs. My bathroom is almost done and it is just beautiful. It's still a small bathroom but it looks so light and soothing now. They also put in some ceiling lights over the shower which is something I hadn't even thought of before. While the tile was setting I decided to have them replace the bamboo previous owners put on the kitchen floor. I picked a tile I liked and they got that job done in between, finishing properly what others had left undone.
We are now improvising with the remaining tile and it all looks wonderful. Handmade tile is not the easiest to work with but
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and he team have done wonderfully. He knows the various regulations which kept me from ordering stuff that's not allowed in California.
Lastly, I bought a vanity and a
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
sink along with (surprise!) more tiles for the top. The team will cut out a hole for the sink and finish the top of the vanity with the tiles I chose. After which they will install the remaining tiles for the back splash. It's been dusty but drop cloths are laid every day for walking in and out and I found all the guys overall very professional and hardworking. I'm going to have to save some money and decide what I might like to do next since I now have someone I can rely on.

's team replaced an old oak kitchen light fixture with modern recessed ceiling fitted with dim-able canned lighting, replaced sheet rock, installed under cabinet dimmed lighting fixtures, new pendant lighting over our granite counter, installed new electrical switches to operate all of the lights, and also installed new tile floors. Everything looks beautiful and I'm delighted with the results! His team of workers did a great job, were respectful, polite and always cleared up after themselves.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is great to work with, he is extremely professional and provides excellent advice on design, types of materials to use and overall does excellent work. He will share tips about the best way to accomplish the design you're looking for and work within your budget as far as possible. He makes sure he understands exactly what you want first and then discusses the best ways to achieve that design, offering ideas and suggestions along the way. If something is not to your liking he will listen carefully to what you want and adjust or fix anything to be exactly what you want--many contractors say they do this but few actually deliver!
I'm definitely planning to have
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
come back to do additional projects in the near future.
One more thing: speak to
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
before you buy materials! He often gets better prices than you can and will give you great advice!

San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and team did and excellent job from start to finish helping us update our kitchen and family room. From the start,
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was very responsive to our more detailed ideas around what we wanted in our kitchen and provided great recommendations for materials and what was needed and what could be left out. The team worked very hard and built us the kitchen we really wanted.
Of course there were hiccups with other projects going on (plumbing), or materials not available but
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and team were responsive, responsible, and quick to act to get things on track and up to the high quality we expected.
It was great to have the team help us through our first remodel and we'd definitely want to use them again for any future projects.

We had to point out most of the defects ourselves. There seemed to be a serious lack of quality control, especially regarding the cabinet paint coverage. The job was estimated at 4-6 weeks. They were not out until 10 weeks.

This process started in late April 2014 when
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
(very pleasant) came to our home to meet with us regarding the scope/measurements of the job. It took over a week to get the estimate. We had questions regarding the estimate and called the office. We were told that the best way to communicate with
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was via e-mail. (Not the best way to get your questions answered quickly!) When we did get our questions answered via e-mail,
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
said he would order the doors as soon as he received the first payment. We made our payment that day. There was no communication from
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
for over a week. We called the office to find out the status of our job and an estimated installation because we wanted to have the doors installed prior to having our floors refinished. Again, we were told to e-mail
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
, which we did.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's response indicated that the delivery of the doors was delayed and still no definitive installation date. Unfortunately, the doors were installed June 6, 2014 - 1 week after our floors were refinished - not desirable! Installation: The crew was prompt. Plastic sheeting was put up and taped. However, it was taken down prior to the completion of the demolition resulting in a thick coating of dust everywhere in our family room and kitchen. The job was to be completed in one day. With much difficulty and shimming, the door was installed in one day. However, it was not done well. There were gaps between the doors, and the doors didn't close correctly. Hard to understand because they were special ordered!!!! We called the office to indicate the problems and this time we were given
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's cell phone number.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and crew arrived in the morning the next day and were there the entire day - patching, shimming, struggling and adjusting. One would expect that custom doors that arrived hinged would function perfectly - not so in this case. We sent an e-mail to
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
indicating that the doors had not been installed properly and were still out of alignment. The response came from the office staff person who wrote: "I am sorry to hear about your doors." Condolences rather than remedy.

From day one until now-5 years later,
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his sons and other contracted workers were top notch, pleasant to work with. To this day when we call him with a problem, he sends his son over who fixes it( a door that would not close) and then never sends us a bill.I highly recommend
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his workers for outstanding workmanship, in spite of a very busy business. There were some lean years but business is booming again.

Enzo and his team were very nice to work with, and we are extremely happy with the end result of the work they did. Enzo himself is very committed to his work and his customers. During the course of our job he had a sudden serious family matter, and even through that he stayed in contact and made sure the job was progressing which we were very impressed with.
Enzo was the fastest response we received for a quote to have the work done. Other companies we contacted either never got back to us or took over two weeks to provide a quote that was more expensive; Enzo was able to provide a detailed quote for the job in less than a week and was very responsive after we reached out to him.
The only complaint that we would have with the job was the extended time, as the overall job did take a few weeks longer than planned. Some of this was due to subcontractors that took longer to perform the work, but in the end the quality of the work done was worth the wait.
Overall it was a pleasure to work with Enzo and his team, and we will absolutely use him again in the future for additional work we do on the house.

Ran is a very good project manager. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and provides excellent customer service. He is prompt in answering questions and sets realistic expectations for each step of the project. I would definitely recommend Ran as your project manager. Although our remodel has just started, I'm very impressed by the level of service that
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
provides and would consider them for other major remodels around the house.

We hired
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
Arielly for remodeling our guest bathroom, and installing tile in the adjacent hallway. We liked
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's demeanor, his enthusiasm and eagerness to do the job, and understanding of what we wanted.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's proposal was
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
but comprehensive. He helped us select the furniture and the tile for the bathroom and hallway by taking us to a building materials supplier in San

.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his crew of two,
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
, showed up the following Tuesday to start the demolition phase of the project. Demolition also included removing linoleum flooring as well as a vanity, countertop and sink. The concrete slab in the shower had to be broken to replace the piping, and since vent pipes were discovered within the demolished wall, they had to be rerouted as well. This was an unexpected occurrence that was dealt with professionally by
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and crew, and did not result in extra charges. The demolition process was noisy and dusty, but the crew installed plastic sheeting to prevent dust from getting into our house living areas. Every evening
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
cleaned up the resulting debris.
Once the demolition was completed, the
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
for the new shower was formed, damaged sheetrock was patched, and floor to ceiling tile was installed in the shower. The new tile floor in the hallway and bathroom looks beautiful, as does the shower. The work also included removing and resetting the toilet, putting together and installing a new vanity (which
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
fitted with legs since we were not able to find one exactly the way we wanted it) with a new granite countertop, painting the entire bathroom, reinstalling the sink faucet, removing a large mirror and installing a new one, installing two new
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
light fixtures, removing and old noisy fan and vent, installing a separate switch for the fan on a dedicated circuit, and installing a new quiet one.
In addition,
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
offered to provide his labor free of charge to replace fluorescent lights in our kitchen with new
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
ones. And finally, he removed the kitchen sink faucet and replaced it with a new one we supplied, again free of charge.
We are very happy with the resulting work, which was done on budget and ahead of time.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his crew managed to finish one and a half day ahead of schedule. Throughout the work, that lasted 12 working days, we were very impressed with
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
's dedication, craftsmanship, resourcefulness, ability to improvise and fabricate. We liked his sense of humor, and we also liked
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
, both of whom were polite, honest and hard workers. We most likely will hire
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and his crew for our next project and we highly recommend him to anybody thinking about remodeling.

Called to set up an appointment for a remodel. I have interviewed 16 contractors so far, mostly from Angie's List.
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is the first one I came across who charges $150 just to come out and give an estimate! He justified it by saying that he will provide details on where to buy materials, etc... So does every other contractor without bilking you first! I'm surprised he is able to get away with this "consultation fee" for a
San Jose Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
30 minute estimate, when almost every other remodeling contractor out there won't charge you anything to get your business!
