" the installer came out in the morning instead of the afternoon , which was better for us. He had GPS so he easily found the place. He first looked at the job and the old mirror and did not see any difficulties. He took down the old mirror, and a towel rack, and a window curtain rail, as i watched. His phone never stopped ringing,,,which is always a little bothersome when you hire a tradesman, but a minor inconvenience since the job was not by the hour but a flat $169. In putting up the new mirror , hit a nail or something--i suggested a studfinder or metal detector--but he had to drill another attachment hole, and hit another obstacle. Bad luck, but minor. He was done in about 30 minutes and the new mirror is much sharper, like analog vs hdtv !! Overall we were very please with the price and the work by ."

"We had planned our bathroom remodel for about 3 years. We had our materials picked out and just needed to find a contractor. We had interviewed 3 contractors but didn't feel that any of them were a great fit for us. We found on Angie's list and gave them a call. We reached , who was really friendly and helpful. She said that Wood (owner) would call us back. Sure enough, he called me within hours. We set up a time to meet at our house, and arrived right on the dot (most unusual for a contractor!). was very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with him. We talked about the project and agreed to meet at his shop a few days later to go over his bid. At his shop, we saw photos of other remodeling jobs had done, and I began to worry that they would be too expensive for us because the work was amazing. But when we went over the bid, I was pleased to see that it was right in line with the other bids we had gotten, so I knew the pricing was fair. prepared a very professional bid, including a detailed listing of all the fixtures and materials we planned to use so that there would be no miscommunication. got the permit, started work right on schedule and moved quickly. Every person who came to our house was highly skilled and did beautiful work. The job was completed in a timely manner, and we now have a gorgeous new bathroom. Remodeling can be really difficult if you don't have the right contractor but provided the easiest remodeling experience I've ever had. Not only do they do great work, but they are genuinely nice people who know how to communicate. If you want high quality work at a fair price, and a remodeling experience that is actually pleasant, call . We're already talking with about the remodel of our other bathroom!"

"The installation went very well with a minor exception having to do with an expected towel bar on the door which could not be accommodated. We were never informed about the towel rack problem and thus were unprepared for planning a solution ahead of time. This was a minor issue but the owner insists that we MUST of been told about it because he does not make those type of errors. This issue is not why I am making this report. This report is being made because of another minor problem that the company insists is a non-problem that is caused by our misuse of the "properly installed" glass panel. The glass panel well "click" when a minimum amount of pressure is applied to the lower corner of the panel nearest to the glass door. Once it "clicks" then it will not "click again until it rests for some time. I'm assuming that this is probably caused by some minor movement caused by time and temperature. The company came out and spent 5 minutes correcting the problem but it was still happening some two days after they had corrected it. I called again about it and waited a week before having to call again (meaning I was basically ignored). On my second call, I was informed that we were misusing the panel by applying needless and forceful pressure on the glass panel. After insisting that this was not the case, the owner agreed to have the installer return to my home and check the panel again. Of course, when they arrived, the "clicking" did not occur. I allowed them to go away without doing any kind of adjustment because of the "attitude" that this is a non-problem being caused by owner misuse. The "clicking" is still there and it looks like I will have to find another solution. I do not plan on ignoring the issue because I see it as a problem related to how the panel is mounted."

"I thought they did a good job. They had a technician come in who knew what he was doing. They were prompt and they did a good job and the price was good as well."

"I was extremely pleased with my dealings with this company from start to finish. The window was broken the day before leaving for vacation. They were available to come out on an emergency basis to repair it that day, but I was unwilling to pay the emergency service fee. However, I liked that it was offered. When the other contractor I scheduled flaked on me, I again contacted . At this point, I was on vacation, and in an area where cell service was spotty at best. Danylle was accommodating and able to do the scheduling via email. She was professional and efficient in her emails. She gave me 3 times to choose from and promised a 2 hour window, with a 1/2 hour courtesy call from the tech. When I returned from vacation, I had the appointment scheduled and they called the night before to confirm the 2 hour window. The service tech, , called 1/2 hour before coming, and he arrived right on time. He measured the window and wrote the estimate down on his business card before proceeding. I OKed it and he began to work. We had new landscaping I asked him to be careful around, and he was. He placed heavy blankets both inside the window and outside the window as he worked. He worked efficiently and was careful to clean up the glass he removed. He also vacuumed the window sill area and anywhere inside on the carpet that had any debris, though I think it was mostly contained in the heavy blanket. I also had another window that was missing about 6" of glazing. When I asked if he could fix that, he offered to do it at no cost to me. Overall, I was very happy with the service this company provided, and the professionalism they displayed. They would be my first call in the future for any glass replacement needs."

"After our dog broke our front window glass, I called to get it repaired. There was no answering machine or service after hours. I called the next morning and again had no response. I called the "alternate" number and someone answered right away. He was polite and assured me that someone should get out to complete the job that day. I explained that I would be in & out, and to please call my cell phone so we could coordinate the time so I could be home. He said he would. I asked again to be sure and asked if he "should" be able to get to it, or if he "would" be able to get to it today. He promised me he would and said he would definitely call my cell phone. When I came home from my errands, I found a business card stuck in my door. I double checked my cell phone. There were no missed calls from (or anyone else lest they call from another number). I immediately called both the listed numbers to receive ringing, and ringing and ringing..."

"I looked at two things. I looked at Angie's' List and our homeowners' association list and this company was on both. I felt he went beyond his job scope and gave good advice."

" took the mirror order over the phone with no deposit (they did offer to send someone out to do measurements, but we already had the measurements and just wanted to get it ordered). They can deliver non-bevelled glass the next day, but they had to custom order ours. They came out the following week to take our old mirror and install the new one. I really liked their attention to detail by measuring and marking very carefully before drilling (we were using clips instead of gluing the mirror to the wall). Once the had the bottom clips in place they went and got the new mirror and had it up in a matter of minutes. They wiped it down, check it again with the level and made sure it was flush to our wall."

"The cabinets and installation work Best provided is great. We picked a dark cherry with a glazed finish. Our kitchen looks as good as any we have seen. We did have some issues with Best. The job was done within the short estimated time gave us. We had problems with new installation 'can' lighting. Two were installed in the wrong location, and when moved to the correct location, the old opening was not patched properly. The opening in the custom counter-depth refrigerator cabinet was too big and needed to be reworked with a repair that is visible. The island designed by Best was not supported properly. committed to return and repair this but has not followed up even though he had specific appointments. I would not hire Best again for anything other than cabinet fabrication and installation."

"The company was very responsive from initial contact. After getting a quote over the phone and scheduling a visit, they called several times to see if we could schedule the visit earlier than agreed upon. They arrived as scheduled, and did the job. One difficulty is that a window was sealed with caulk, not window glazing. After I pointed it out, they replaced the caulk. The job was finished on time. Clean-up was spotty; there was broken glass left on the ground after they left."
