Once their bid was excepted, a measurement check was done and a 30% down payment was done on 10/8. We then entered what Brother's calls the silent period while the windows were fabricated. Brothers called in November and scheduled the installation for 11/17-18.

and his helper arrived promptly on 11/17 and did the installation. They stayed late and got the installation done in one day. They did a good job with the installation and did a good cleanup. Final payment was made at the completion of the job. Later I noticed that the seal on one panel was bulging up above the window frame. I was concerned that the window might loose its seal between the glass panes, so I called Brothers to ask if this was a problem. They very readily volunteered to send out a technician to look at the window. The technician examined the window and said that there was no problem with the window loosing its seal but that the bulge harmed the appearance of the window and the panel would be replaced. He said an order would be placed for a new panel and subsequently this was done."

The owner and the office staff were very nice and easy to work with. One window didn't come in on time for the sun-room but this did not cause us a problem. They were quick to rectify the problem. "The company contacted me on a Monday ,the same day I requested an estimate via email. The sales person came the next day (Tues), on time and was very professional. I agreed to purchase the new doors and handles that day. The next day (Wed) the measurement tech arrived and measured each doorway with a machine that was state of the art to say the least. After measuring each doorway at several points, the data was transmitted electronically to the main unit (about the size of a smal generator) sitting in my entry way. After taking all the measurements, the tech hooked up the main unit via wifi and transmitted the data to the main office. He told me to expect delivery and installation on the coming Friday. They installer called me Friday morning and asked if he could come early as he had finished his 1st job. I said yes. When he arrived, he informed me that the handles had not come in from the manufacturer, but he would hang the doors that morning. He was very fast, clean and professional. He was there less than an hour. He told me the handles would be in the following week. I called them the following Tues for an update. They had to call me back as they did not know yet. That afternoon, they called me back to inform me they handles would be in that Friday. We scheduled installation for the following Monday. They called me this morning and asked if they could come early again, as they had completed their 1st job. This time, 2 tech's arrived and completed the 8 door handle installs in 15 minutes. Again, their techs were on professional, clean and efficient. The only downside to the whole experience was the handle manufacturer. I wish they could of supplied them to this company at the same time they did the door installs. But, I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone requiring this type of service. "
