"They were late. The workmanship was really poor, but they were fairly courteous. The salesman was good- he sold me, but the work wasn't what he promised."

"Went by the local showroom and met with the owners. Gave us an estimate, and we then made an appointment to have the work done. It took 1/2 day for the refinishing to be completed, as there is a curing time between the applications. There is quite an odor during and after the process, but once it was all completed the odor was gone within 24 hours. We are very pleased with our 'NEW' tub."
