"I didn't like the way they did the process so I decided not to have them cleaned. To do the cleaning they pull the dirt through the furnace so then they have to clean the furnace and I didn't like that. I didn't want the furnace contaminated; I thought they were going to clean from the other end. They were responsive and answered my questions. The person knew the technical aspects and knew how it was done. "

"Overall it went "good". They went from duct to duct, spraying compressed air while the system was connected to the giant vacuum at the other end. They didn't look into any of the vents. None of the workers had even bothered turning the fan on before crawling under the house. How could they determine previous work done was ok?"
