"We made a special trip to their showroom on Saturday, August 25, and made an appointment for a single window shade estimate to be made on Tuesday, August 28. On Monday, August 27, we received a phone call canceling the appointment and, since they were busy at the moment, asking that they call us back in a few minutes to reschedule. A couple of hours later my husband called them, was told they were too busy to talk with him and would call back. It's been nearly three weeks and we've never heard from them again. Needless to say, we would not recommend 
."

"Design effort was helpful and pleasant. Onside measurement and decision making. Installer marginally qualified. During installation and while I was out of town, received phone complaint from coop building management due to fabrication in hallway and dropped a tool during installation resulting in broken 9 foot window (which firm replaced without discussion). Due to poor initial installation, a second installation was made with only marginal improvement. Final resolution was that they could not do any better. Not a satisfactory answer to basic installation issues such as alignment of fascia pieces and sticking shades. Would seek other supplier with better installation capabilities and willingness to get it right"

"I knew that I wanted shades deep down inside, but was leaning towards roller shades for all the wrong reasons. was very initiative and told me emphatically, that shades were definitely the way to go. He also, told me that he would make them slat-back free-of-charge to give them more interest, than a flat shade, which can look like a bedsheet when it's all the way down. I am so glad, that I went with 's suggestion. They turned out even better than I expected and I love how they allow sunlight into the room, but the privacy lining doesn't allow a silhouette to show through."

"Pacific Window Coverings provided excellent customer service - the owners are extremely knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with and made great recommendations. I ordered custom shades for seven large windows, with 'top-down, bottom-up' functions and black-out liners on four windows. The treatments arrived on time (within six weeks, I believe) and the owners personally installed them. I have had them for a year now and they look beautiful and function perfectly. I have recommended them to friends. I got a quote from another company and they were competitive."

"When I bought my condo in 2000 the company that installed my blinds mis-measured and the blinds they installed were defective and eventually fell down. I really wanted plain white drapes and Mr. Brown knew exactly what I wanted; he said he is "psychic" about window coverings. He was extremely polite, the drapes were completed in the time frame promised, and the two installers also were very polite, removed and hauled away the defective blinds and installed my beautiful new drapes, with cords which are disabled-accessible and divided in two, so I can open one side or the other, instead of in one piece like the defective blinds. The price was less than I paid for the defective blinds in the first place. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone."

" 's service was excellent. I would definitely use him again and recommend him without any reservations. He is prompt, very personable, and clearly knows what he's doing. He gave me a 2-hour window on the installation and is careful to call with plenty of notice if he's delayed at any job. He removes all boxes, packing material etc. while he works and leaves no mess whatsoever. I frankly found his pricing a very good deal."

"My neighbor has had an electronic security door for some years with no problem. I called Enany and got a ball park estimate after viewing their web site (www.ers-shading.com). He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone. drove up to San the next day to take measurements and give me a contract. He said they work from San to Carmel. They constructed the shutters and screens to fit the dimensions. Unexpectedly, they had to run a ground wire from an outlet, but they installed everything in one day. I expect the screens will cool the house about 10 degrees this Summer. Getting my shade and screens was a pleasant experience."
