"I was very impressed with the final results. Ofer Kolton took the time to explain every step that he would do to remove the difficult stain. He tried a weaker method and when that didn't work so he explained that he would try something stronger but that it might damage the carpet. The wine stain was all but removed. He suggested that he clean one first and if it came out well then he would do the other one. The chair looked great and I liked the fact the he was conscientious of saving me money. I am having him come back to clean the other one soon."

He did give me a tip on washing the cushion casings instead of having him clean them - which worked very well and saved me quite a bit of money. My one complaint is that I had a 5 pm appointment. As of 5:10 no one had shown up or called. I called them to ask what the deal was, and the woman answering said she would check on it. She called me back immediately to let me know
