"He is excellent all the way around and very reasonably priced. He is good at it and he gets the work done. He used to live on the street round the corner from me so the people in this neighborhood have been using him for a long time. It cost $250.00 to remove the cement pieces in the ground to broaden the planter bed around the large tree. He and his partner did some pruning way back on a very tall tree that was almost two and a half tall. It had to be trimmed very carefully and that cost $400.00. I will use him again in the future."

"I had a good experience with them. A representative from the company came out first. They cleaned up well. Their bid was slightly less than some of the other companies and was the best compared to the 3 companies that had come out for an estimate. I ?t know anyone who is better than them. The quality of their work was good. I would certainly contact them again."

"The owner brought a crew of 3 and dropped them off. Since the owner had deserted them, I had to instruct the crew on what to do myself. I know nothing about tree trimming, nor do I speak fluent Spanish to communicate with them. They didn't even have any equipment to complete the project; I had to provide everything. This was extremely unprofessional. I'm now worried I'm going to my tree that was trimmed too low. This is not a reflection of the crew. They were doing the job to the best of their abilities. They did clean up after themselves and haul away the debris."

"When I called , I was given an appointment with an arborist. The arborist arrived on time the day of the scheduled appointment, reviewed the situation and provided me with a written estimate. When I decided to use for the job, I was given an appointment within a week. The workers arrived on time, set up tarps to protect my house, and worked very diligently, doing the work as agreed upon. The workers were courteous and professional. After completing the tree removal and trimming, they completely cleaned up my yard and any debris that had fallen into my neighbors' yards. They finished the work in one day."

"They were great. I spent around $300 on the job. They came out on time and removed the tree. They did a fine job. I will consider using them in the future."

"They removed a eucalyptus tree in my backyard whose branch broke and was blocking part of the street below. This did not take long as expected so they also cleared the bushes. did an excellent job. He checked the tree the same day I called and started work promptly the next day. They finished ahead of schedule in spite of bad weather. "

"I don't use them anymore. I use other people now. I was not pleased with them. He was flaky. I used them a number of times because I have large trees. The fertilization is a waste of time and money. It doesn't work. I do it myself now. I do tree spikes. I don't remember what they charged me but it was a lot of money and they came with a big truck. The last time I had a tree put in, it actually failed, but it was not because of them. The workmen did not dig around the area well enough. The estimator that came out was a strange guy. He was not an arborist. They all claim that they are arborists and I don't know where he was trained. I was not pleased with them so I don't use them. I had unpleasant experiences with the guy. He talks very good because he is a salesman, but I think they are very highly priced. It is an Irish operated company and they are from . "

"From start to finish everything thing went very well. I called to make an appointment for a consultation and had one within a week. On the day of the consult, the arborist showed up promptly and we discussed the project. The loquat tree has a fungal infection and, in addition to the necessary pruning, we discussed possible treatments for this. I was given several options and reasons why one or the other would be better with no pressure to take the more expensive choice. In fact, I was encouraged not to! Later that same day, the proposal came in with a complete breakdown of what each portion of the project would cost. By far the largest portion of the work was the removal of the junipers and stumps (about $1000). The work was scheduled for the following week and on that day, the crew arrived promptly and within 2 hours the entire thing was done! When they left, there wasn't even a single remnant branch lying around - they left the place extremely clean. I am 100% happy with this company and their employees - from phone call to arborist to crew all were courteous, professional, and efficient."

"They were very nice and did extra work for us. They sent out one of the fellows there who was in my neighborhood, and he was very quick and helpful. I had a very good experience with him. A branch had blown down, and it was in the street. He came over right away and helped us with that."

"All-in-all, it went very well. We told the type of tree we wanted and the size, and he told us that in the next week or two, we'd have a tree in our front sidewalk and he'd bill us for it in the mail. Sure enough, a couple of weeks later, we had a tree in our front sidewalk. (And a few weeks after that, a really nicely-printed invoice. I think the letterhead was silk-screened.)
I never actually met him in person, and I suppose the casualness of the entire transaction might turn off somebody who wanted to, say, really schedule something out. But I guess for our situation, it didn't really matter, since we didn't need to be there for him to do the work. In any event, the tree he pick out and planted for us has been thriving, and I'd certainly hire him again for any tree maintenance work in the future."
