"Do not do business with Bay Area . They are dishonest and highly unprofessional. After providing minimal service, they continued to bill me regularly for services not provided. Their rep would visit my house to perform "scheduled pest check-ups". They showed up when no one was home, and without scheduling. As such they were not ...more able to access any of my house. The traps they had laid were in the basement and backyard, and there was no access to these areas available to them on their unscheduled visits. Despite providing no service, they still billed me. And when I disupted the charges they tried to report me to a credit agency and bill collector. Their attitude was the worst part. Even though I could prove they had provided no service they still insisted on billing me, without listening to logic. This wast true not only of their accounts department, but even the head of sales. This is a terrible company, an unresponsive corporate behemoth. Avoid them, and go with one of the many local vendors."

When the fleas came back, was very nice on the phone and sent another technician - this time he used a ...more vacuum-like contraption and had a liquid form to spray the floorboards. He told me the other technician was part-time and didn't have the full equipment - the correct equipment made all the difference so if you use them, make sure they send someone with the right equipment! So - it all turned out great, we're still flea-free (even after trips to the vet where the fleas seem to come from) and should we ever get them again, I will call

"Ants were coming into our newly remodeled kitchen on the 2nd floor. Ensure arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. We knew of one ant colony but they were able to find several other colonies. They suggested spraying the outside (backyard) first and not spraying inside. They provide a 60 day warranty so they said if the ants were still coming ...more inside then they would come back. It's been a couple of weeks since their service call and the ants have NOT returned. The service call was $150 but we got 10% off for Angie's List."
