Marble And Granite reviews in San Francisco

They did a great job. Punctual, with excellent communication; came in, took a quick look around, set up and began to work swiftly and efficiently. Meticulous cleanliness, with drop cloths on the wooden floors, which I really appreciated. I did follow my end of the instructions which meant having everything off of the marble surfaces to be cleaned, and being able to keep them free and clear for the rest of the day (ideal 24h). He was done in less than 2 hours, and all work was done by hand. Great job. The only thing I'd comment on is that I didn't notice much of a difference between before the cleaning and after...but again, it was not a restoration. Also, this may well be because we have honed white italian marble (Calacatta d'Oro) - not polished or shiny, so it may just not show as much after a cleaning/polish. Most important is the fact that the marble countertops were sealed, which ideally should be done annually and this was my first time since installation (two years). He did tell me how easy it would be to restore the

and blemishes that have resulted from normal kitchen use over the last couple of years, which was super reassuring to hear in case I'm ever feeling like I need it to look like new again (but I LOVE the marble and love the patina). I'd definitely hire them again next year for the same service, and would call them when I'm ready to fix any flaws or have an unexpected bad spill, etc. Super professional -- they met and exceeded my every expectation of a terrific service provider!

The contractor did a great job. We ended up having him sand down our soapstone countertops and we now wax instead of oiling them. They look much better and it was kind of them to honor our coupon for resealing to use toward the sanding service.

The person who came to my house was prompt, polite and hard working. The result was stone brought back to life.

I needed a replacement marble top for a cabinet (a rectangular piece of black marble 16" x 39" x 3/4"). I contacted and visited several companies and received wildly differing estimates (from $150 up to $650) to cut, seal, and polish from a marble remnant. I found

because of excellent reviews on Yelp. When I went out to the shop, he greeted me personally and showed me a selection of marble slabs. I gave him the measurements and showed him a photo of the cabinet; he suggested we cut 1/16" shorter on each

to make sure everything fit properly. He asked for a $25 deposit, and finished the work within a few days. He called me when it was ready and the piece was exactly as described. I took it home and it fit perfectly. I am delighted with the way it looks. I would definitely call

I went to the store location to see their products and get an idea on an approximate cost to do my kitchen countertop. I talked to a sale representative, walked around their floor, gave her a layout of my kitchen with dimensions, my name and contact information so she could let me know some cost figures which she said she would. No reply, no call back, no contact,

We were very impressed with
San Francisco Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
's work. He was tidy and neat in preparation. He masterminded a beautiful tile and marble layout for our shower. His design was stunning. He made the bullnose for the shower walls himself. He worked over 8 hours a day to complete the job in approx. 1 week. He did not take any short-cuts, and did quality tile work. Wonderboard was not used, and the tile was cemented.

cleaned up well after himself. P.S. He's also got a great personality; he's kind and humorous.

They did a fantastic job. Two guys came everyday and they were on time everyday. They worked the entire day minus time for a sandwich. They were unbelievably fantastic and we had no complaints whatsoever.

was prompt in returning my calls from day one. He was quick to come look at the project and give me a very detailed estimate (including labor & materials) the next day, which was extremely helpful. Once we hired him, he was always prompt, informative and very clean in his work. On the first day, he explained exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and always called with any questions or concerns. The final work was finished on time and it is beautiful. We spent a lot of money on the tiles themselves, and wanted to make sure we hired someone knowledgeable.
