"Our 2 jobs were very small. Most people won't take these jobs so it was nice to find 
. came to give us an estimate and proceeded to stay and fix the light. It was hard to remove the cover of the light and after trying for a while he came up with an ingenious idea to remove it. He reseated the light and installed it correctly. While working he used a plastic bag to prevent making a mess even though I told him not to worry I would clean it up. Thanks, !
He then looked at the fan. He suggested what we should do to fix it ourselves even though he could have charged us for doing it himself.

I wanted the estimate on a bigger project which I decided not to do after all and while he was standing there, I just thought of the light switch. He was on time for the estimate and the actual job that he did he did it quickly and efficiently. I thought the price was a little high for such a little job, but I know that he charges by the hour. Even though the job was only 10 minutes, I still had to pay for the hour and that was okay. "

He installed the new fixture, and explained how to deal with the wiring problem. He charged $95, which is his minimum charge, and which he had told me about when I called. "Mullhall Construction stepped in and professionally took over the job after our initial contractor informed us that he was unable to start the project. The workers from on our site showed up on time every day and were courteous and professional. The lead on the job asked appropriate questions and was open to my comments and concerns. checked in with me regularly to make sure the project was moving forward smoothly and to be sure I was happy with the work that was being done and to make sure I was happy with his employees. The foundation they installed is solid and the stairs and porch cover are a beautiful entrance to my home. makes sure all of the details are taken care of.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I found communication with and his crew easy, the work professional, and everyone was trustworthy.

"We live in an older San home built in 1936. The wiring is knob and tube and there have been various modifications over the years. I enjoy doing minor repairs and work on my home, but because of the age of the home and the type of wiring, I wanted someone with real experience to install several new light fixtures we had purchased. did a great job. After calling, they came by the next day to give us an estimate and the work was completed the following day. Every fixture installed was a challenge, I am very glad I did not try to tackle this myself. The service of was very professional, friendly and competent."

"The workers came on time and removed all the damage ceiling and walls in one day. They cleaned up after each and every work day. The new wallboards were installed, and taped and sanded. They also retextured the ceiling to match the other rooms. The wood floors were then replaced, and they came out beautifully. There was a problem with a step between the dining area and the living room. It was not ordered on the original order, but they found a carpenter to construct one which matched the wooden floor. They also did some additional work which I wanted done since they were going to do the repairs. They replaced the counter tops on three bathroom vanities as well as the faucets. They also installed recessed lights in the kitchen as well. Everything looks like new and much better than it was before the water damage."

"Very well. has an energetic and positive attitude. As the job seemed pretty straightforward, we went on a straight Time & Materials basis. He ran into some odd wiring in some of the sockets, so the job went for 2.25 days instead of the originally estimated <2 days. (The first day he had to leave earlier than expected due to a last-minute family obligation.) He was able to work very quickly and efficiently around some other workers that were scheduled in on that final .25 day. He also arrived on time (even early, one time), started work very quickly, and had a real desire and curiosity to solve problems. Very clean & thorough job. He gave explanations throughout. To help save time, he asked if I was open to helping with unscrewing some of the sockets. I was more than happy to help with this, so his time could be spent more effectively."
