"We have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Benfatto and other staff. Extremely good with our super nervous cat, available on an emergency basis, incredibly gracious and caring when we had to put her to sleep. Dr. Benfatto sent us the nicest sympathy letter. We waited about a year and then adopted kittens and they've been just great with the new cats as well. It is a small operation in an older space, but couldn't be more caring. Great atmosphere for cats that are not as outgoing."

"We have used HRM several times over the past 1 1/2 years (both for boarding and doggie daycare). Staff does an excellent job and dogs came back happy and healthy. One nice feature which I took advantage of last time was the early drop-off option. Very convenient and reasonable fee."

San Francisco Animal Boarders Reviews

"Horrible. When we dropped our dog off she was her old normal self, walking with some assistance and wearing a diaper because of her incontinence. She had eaten well that morning and had

and pooped outside with no problem. When we picked her up 2 days later she couldn't walk, sit up or hold her head up. She was not wearing her diaper and was covered in urine. Before they carried her out to us, all we were told was that she barely ate and only after we inquired how she had done. They never called during her stay to indicate that she was not doing well. When asked why she wasn't wearing her diaper, they said they couldn't figure out how to put it on! Our poor girl passed away 2 days later and despite our various calls to them to get information about her stay and express our disbelief that they never called, we have yet to receive a call from a manager regarding our experience."

"Really like them and very friendly. The place is very clean and the staff is very helpful. It is a little expensive, but well worth it because I love my dogs."
A
"I thought they were excellent for boarding our dogs. They are caring, and love all of the pets brought into the boarding kennel. I have always been happy with their services."
A
"I think they are little pricey, and it seems like they raise their prices all the time, but they are really good with my dog. I like them because they let the dogs run around a lot, and make me fell at ease when I leave mine."
