"I called this company with information about the part that needed to be replaced, as described by another vendor who had done an on-site estimate. assured me it wouldn't cost over $200 to do the work (which was $700 less than my estimate with the other vendor). They sent out a repair man who proceeded to tell me it would be very expensive; groaning that they don't normally work on this type of furnace and wouldn't normally carry the part around in their truck. The estimate that I got over the phone a few days later was $850! Clearly if they had listened to me on the phone, the whole experience would have gone a lot better and I might have hired them to do the job."

"I needed the work done quickly due to renovation where tilework required working heat. I contacted them and they came out the next day to give a written estimate. I gave the go-ahead and they began the work 2 hours later. Work took two days but this was faster than original estimate of three days.
All work appears well-done and professional. Price was probably higher than others although I had no time to do comparisons. However the work was well-done and I would consider them in the future.
Work included a one year warranty and free inspection/"tune up" if needed."

"We just responded to a phone call when we should have checked out other companies. Although my wife did check them out on the BBB. They had one subcontractor to remove the old furnace and asbestos covered pipes. I got a license and certificate from them. The next day the subcontractor they hired to do the installing got here around noon. He looks and he says oh your furnace is in the garage, which is street level. He said he didn't know that but he should have because the other guy who did the inspection noted everything. He had to go buy some wood and build a base for it. That pretty much wasted a day, they left around 5. They came the next day around 10:30am and they worked until about 7pm and got it in and got it going. There were a couple of things I noticed and he had to redo, they did it and I have no complaint there. I went with them also because they offered a payment program and financing. In order to save a few hundred dollars I had to go down to the permit appeals and pull my permit. They did the job, they put the furnace in and it works. I would tell others to check compeition and ratings. We didn't, it was too easy when they called and we needed a new furnace. $8,000 sounded reasonable considering the amount of work and that it was a new furnace. "

"Heating companies are unfortunately in high demand when the weather turns cold. We called on Tuesday and made the earliest appointment possible for Friday. (Three other companies were providing similar response times.) There was no fixed fee required for showing up, unlike other companies.
An initial inspection and test in the morning determined that the logic board needed to be replaced but the part was only in stock on another service truck. The second repairman with the logic board arrived at the end of his schedule ("sometime after 4") and replaced the part around 7 pm that evening.
Both repairmen were efficient and professional. A minor quibble would be that if the necessary part had been on the first truck, we would have saved some cost and our time."

"Excellent experience. They gave a comprehensive solution at a great price. We had a poorly performing furnace and a very hot second floor. By replacing the furnace, we resolved most of the issue and now know how to solve the upstairs issue in the most time and money efficient way."

"I got three estimates but I didn't use them. They were kind of high and I got the feeling that the guy didn't really want the job. "

"He was very good. We discussed it and we decided not to go ahead with replacing the heater. He recommended that we not replace the heater. If we had gone ahead with the work, I think I would have used him. I thought he was very honest because it could have been a job for them. He talked to us and told us that the only reason we would need to go ahead with it was if we were remodeling the downstairs and really needed the space. Otherwise, the heater we had was very reliable and we wouldn't get any benefit if we removed the old heater. I thought he was very upfront and very honest. Some people would have just wanted the job and would not have told us all that. They came on time and they made an appointment. That was nice. He was very responsive. I called and I had them come out in a couple of days. He was on time. He was an older guy and obviously very experienced. He knew what he was talking about. He was very professional. If I had a problem with the heater and it broke or something, I would call them. He was able to come out sooner than the other company I had called. I was rather surprised that he recommended that we not replace the heater. My husband had doubts anyway because the heater is old, but it does work and it's a pretty thing. "

" and his team were fantasic! First, all of the work was done within the estimate given. Also, they were able to move the water heater (including replumbing and shed building) in one day rather then the two days estimated. Working with and his team is always a true joy. They're pleasant, efficient, competant, trustworthy, and very competitively priced! "

"I am from the mid west and have worked with contractors, both here and there. I can honestly say that and his crew has been the best overall. I observed during the project that is an honest, hard working guy that is extremely concerned with keeping me the costumer, both happy and well informed throughout each project. He knows what he is doing and has high standards, but actually listened to me. also has Architectural and Interior design consultancy. I found that this service was unique for contractor but very helpful. They charge me for this service on an hourly rate that was very reasonable. I lived in the house while the work was being done, and it was completed on time and w/minimal disruption.
I highly recommend that you consider A+

"I own an old, four-unit in San . Initially when I attempted to contact contractors about the various projects that needed attention, they either did not return my calls or presented me with astronomical bids. From the very start, stood out by responding to my call immediately, being the only one to show up on time, and hreturning his bid to me sooner than any other contractors. His price came in somewhere in the mid range of bids that I?d received. I chose to work with because he came across from the very start as professional and hard-working. I?d also seen and read very positive reviews about previous work that his company had performed in the past. After I chose him to do the project and the work commenced, I realize that I had made the right decision. He made a major renovation relatively painless. He was always on site and performed a lot of the work himself. His attention to detail is extraordinary, from structural work to fine finishes and I designed the custom cabinetry, and when he finished this section of work I realized that he is a true craftsman. He always kept me informed with regards to progress of the project and even took the time to meet with me in the evening to discuss ideas the he or I had. A lot of the work was designed on site and it turned out better than I ever imagined. The site was kept very clean throughout. The project and was done on time and on budget.
I cannot recommend enough!!
