" 's service has cleaned my apartment three times, and I currently have them come every two weeks. I've been extremely happy with them! (Aside: I gave a try after an awkward experience with another cleaning service, which sent two Spanish-speaking women, neither of whom spoke English -- they actually had their office call my cell phone to relay information... like that they were finished! One of the cleaning ladies had a question at one point, and earnestly asked if I spoke Spanish; I shook my head "no".) manages teams of two cleaning workers, at least one of whom always speaks excellent English, and not only that, she is very personally involved -- she came to my apartment first to see what needed doing and give me a quote, and then also came along on the first cleaning to give the ladies a tour and relay my thoughts and concerns (she had obviously been listening). She trains the cleaners herself, and clearly takes pride and responsibility when it comes to their work. Cleaning is always thorough, and papers, receipts, and other items are neatly stacked on the same surface they were found, per 's own rules. (I would be freaked out if I ever lost some seemingly-unimportant slip of paper that was lying around.) I paid $250 for a deep clean on the first visit, and the ladies spent three or four hours tearing my place apart, which hadn't been seriously cleaned in months. A regular cleaning takes a couple hours and is $140 for me, though tailors the price to the apartment. I have a two-bedroom apartment I share with my girlfriend, with two baths, and cats. I love the reliability and attention to detail of the service and find the price very reasonable. is generally very easy to get ahold of by phone or email, and I only docked her a little for "responsiveness" because there were a couple occasions when she promised a call back ("I'll call you with the quote this afternoon") and then didn't called me. She was very apologetic, though, when I called her back. She obviously works very hard! In summary, and does a great job, and furthermore, is a service I can trust and depend on for a biweekly cleaning."

"I phoned to request regular housecleaning service and that I would provide my own cleaning products, and vacuum. The housecleaner told me that she had scheduled me for 4 hours when she arrived. She insisted that she wanted to use her own clean rags once she began cleaning the kitchen counters and appliances. When she was cleaning the kitchen floor she wanted to spray the 409 cleaner on the floor and wipe it with the rags instead of using the swifter. She told me that the swifter makes my type of floor sticky. The kitchen floor was still kind of sticky even though she had wanted to use the 409 cleaner instead of the swifter. She wanted to use her own vacuum with the floors and carpets. They had underestimated the time that it took to clean the designated area of my house and she was only able to clean the downstairs and stairs. The housecleaner explained to me that she needed more time to clean the upstairs and . had left me a message of my phone about 20 minutes before she was going to leave. She wanted to schedule another day to clean the upstairs bathroom and hallway with a new cleaning price. The total cost of the cleaning service was $89.40 after I received the $25.00 discount for being an Angie's List member. The original price of the cleaning service was $114.40. Overall, the house was very clean after she had finished. "

"I have used BCP ( ) both in county and San for over 30 years, and love their work. The cleaning professionals I have been sent are just that: professionals, which is why I am a long-time repeat customer. They are honest, know the business, don't cut corners, work rapidly, efficiently and thoroughly, and charge less than the competition. I am very happy with their service."

"They are good. They show up on-time and do a good job. The house hadn't been professionally cleaned in 6 months so they charged me $150. I think the price was pretty good. "

"Excellent. and know what to do and how to do it, bring their own cleaning equipment and do a super job. They are also very friendly and are always willing to do the little extras. They take great pride in doing a good job. They also keep a eye on my house when I am out of town. I am lucky to know them."

"I first scheduled a walk-through with , but she had to cancel due to a childcare obligation. She gave me a decent amount of notice, and was actually able to give an estimate over the phone, based on my answering some questions on the house. I still wanted her to review the home, just in case and we were able to reschedule just fine. Afterwards, she gave the same estimate. On the day of the cleaning, the minivan arrived about 15 minutes late - not a big deal except that I had to get up very early and commute to this location only to wait. There were 4 people that arrived - one was the Project Manager who was bilingual and reviewed the house with me, and asked about any special requests (like helping with rolling up the rugs), and any oddities. Once she got that information, she translated it to the crew of 3. The crew could understand English - 1 more than others and I can speak Spanish, so there were no issues around miscommunication. They reiterated questions they had about things that weren't just right, to make sure I knew (ie bleach stain on the carpet, a blind that was already bent, etc.), which was fine. It took about 5-6 hours to clean everything. They had special cloth covers for their shoes, when they worked around the house, which was helpful since I'd had the upstairs dry cleaned before they came. They also worked around our handyman who was finishing up his tasks. They did a very good job; as they finished up and the Project Manager came to pick them up, it was a little strange that no one asked me to review the house cleaning. I managed to do so briefly as I noticed they were leaving. The upstairs blinds were well cleaned. Downstairs, a couple cobweb clumps were missed though I had seen a person wiping those particular blinds, so I'm not sure how a cobweb clump was missed. Also, I'm not sure if one of the rooms, which was almost entirely covered by an area rug, had its wood floor swept & mopped. The edges still appeared dusty. (Note: the floors are old and not in great condition - they should be resanded but we just decided to sweep & mop them.)"

"They were friendly and I could communicate very easily with to let her know what I needed. They did a good job overall. They were fairly efficient and quick."

"Hired the service, found it on Angie's List. They came out and did an estimate. They came back that week for the appointment. They were on time for the appointment, but things went downhill from there. They came, did their job. After finding a lot of problems, I called the owner and told them it was still dirty and we were not planning to hire them again. They came back, however nothing was really fixed. Bottom line, they surface clean. I hired them for a deep clean, this was not what happened. There was still dust in numerous places throughout the house (in the bathroom, dining room, bedroom and front room. Things are still dirty. Dirty cups were left in the bedroom. The cabinets in the kitchen were not wiped down. And the wood floors just appear not clean. Soap dishes are still dirty. We went through afterwards and had to re-clean the house. So much for paying for a cleaning service. Trying a new company next week, will report back."
