"We had been debating when to change the deck. It was in really bad shape with alot of dry rot.

His crew were very careful not to hurt our plants--trees and shrubs in the front. They demolished the existing deck, removed the debris promtly and began to frame out the new deck. They tied the new deck to the existing beams jutting out over the garage. The new design gave the house a facelift. The old stucco walled deck was replaced with a treated redwood design that allowed the air flow and redwood spindles the length of the house.
