The outdoor outlet was replaced, but the cover that clearly doesn't fit was not replaced, which seems like it would have been obvious as a component of completing the job. In the end I think he's good for basic work, but plan on being a supervisor."

Handled the electrical sub-contractor and took care of the plumbing himself, and worked with the inspector so everything passed inspections and is up to code. We were trying to keep things within our budget and couldn't find an acceptable counter material that we liked until

From our very first meting, Ertan always explained things very thoroughly and clearly, he was always punctual, he always kept us apprised of his progress and his schedule. We were on a very tight budget. The majority of them did not know how to do this without tearing down the entire staircase and rebuilding the whole thing. Others said they would try but they could not make any promises. They made the project very daunting. Ertan inspired calm and confidence - and always delivered. "
