"Fantastic price and great job with cleaning. I know of no other laundry that does free pick up and delivery, same day service for .89 a pound! They don't say same day, but so far, they have given me same day service every time if I call for pick up first thing in the morning. They have gotten out stains and done a better job of getting cat hair off my clothes than any other cleaner. Clothes come back folded, packaged and clean. They are my laundry heroes. Every cleaner has a bad day and ruins/looses some article of clothing now and then. It happens with the best of them and is part of the business. For regular laundry, these people can't be beat. To date, they haven't ruined or lost any clothing of mine."

"If this is the best SF has to offer, dry-cleaning is in trouble indeed. For the price, they aren't very top-drawer as we've found on several occasions. For instance, they don't press the existing leg crease on the front leg of men's trousers which leaves you with a double crease (very unprofessional). They do this on dress-shirts too, as well as over-starch when asked for a light starch. They put a giant rub

on a shirt, and we requested a "fix" so they promptly lost the shirt, and didn't compensate accordingly, and their compensation gift receipt (which was questioned every time we went in) had an expiry date. Bad, bad, bad."
