"Good afternoon, I really would like to provide a review on your program. I'm not on social media so please post the following review for me or explain to" my daughter,
how to do so. Positive: 1. The use of simulator is an awesome technique to help drivers recognize and prepare for dangerous road conditions/circumstances. 2. Instructors for simulators are very nice. 3. They are able to quickly obtain payment. Negative 1. Scheduling is awful! A lady had us on the phone so long that it just became a extremely funny to my daughter and I that she couldn't get things right. @30 minutes to schedule @5 sessions. 2. They don't really tailor to your child's needs. You are expected to work with a different instructor each time. I explained my daughter's situation to 3 different people in person not including people I spoke to on the phone. They had minimum information on my child each time and program was not tailored to her needs. For instance, my daughter is 17.5 about to leave for college next month on a basketball scholarship. I explained she has been driving for two years. She took classes at Stop n Go and the one ran by law enforcement officers prior to me letting her have her H3 to drive. She had a fender bender the first month of her license. In May of this year she totaled her Hummer. Thus, I sought out additional education and this place was recommended. I explained my concerns with ADD traits, distracted driving ie texting, school anxiety, radio tuning, etc., ability to know where she's at..describing location on the road, driving the speed limit etc Her individual needs were addressed only by one instructor after half way through the stimulator session he asked if I had any specific concerns. Yes! Info had been provided twice in person and twice on phone at that point but I provided above info yet again. 3. The driving instructor:.I explained my concerns and inquired of her background experience. She said she had been at driving school for two years and was previously an English teacher. I didn't have same confidence as instructor
who was a police officer for 25 plus years. After the drive, she said she forgot to show my daughter hand positioning!!! So, I asked well are you going to go out and do that?? She took out a wheel cover and demonstrated??? She joked well at least we stopped for gas. W**, I'm paying $600 for you to stop and gas up the car?? She didn't address any of the issues that we signed up for. 4. Scheduling nightmare continues...After the orientation, the drive and 2 simulators I'm told they need to change her final simulator from 3pm to 1pm. I reluctantly agree saying I would just let my daughter drive. She gasps and says well does your daughter have a license!! Wow
yes for 1.5 years if anyone ever read or bothered to note my concerns. I then inform her that we wanted to have the last session with
. She reported that he is booked for the next month. Highly doubt it but whatever...They schedule us for a month out. The same day they leave message that they can change it to the following week. They call again and say no August 14th will have to be the date!!! wow!!!! They also have her for another drive which is fine since the first was useless but point is that their records don't even reflect that she already did the drive. 5. Her first simulator instructor spent an extra 35 minutes with
because he was just nice and I wasn't there to pick her up. The second instructor obviously didnt have notes on this because he made clear
would not get credit for 6hours only 5hr and 15min because we were late for his session, smh. I told him it really doesn't matter about the certificate. Again if anyone took notes on my request to tailor program, they would have known she already had two certificates from other driving courses. If there was a money back guarantee, I would want my money back. In 43 years I've never had to make such a complaint of defective services. Attorney of 20 years. S.

"Before her lessons with
, my daughter only had experience driving in a parking lot and on little-traveled inner roads. As a result of the" lessons, she now feels comfortable driving on major roads with traffic. My daughter describes
as very encouraging, patient, and professional. He pointed out what to expect on a DMV road test and what to avoid. He progressively challenged her when she thought she was ready. For all of us, her driving lessons with
were a very positive experience. Before the lessons, he talked with us about how he hoped to space the lessons, answered our questions, and how he would challenge her with more difficult situations when she was ready. After the lessons, he summarized her progress. I highly recommend him as a driving instructor.

Drivers Ed reviews in San Francisco

He was very rude and would not meet the schedule. He yells at the kids when they make a mistake. Very unprofessional and overcharges. He scares the children who are learning how to drive. He didn't answer his phone for several days.

They have been great so far! He much prefers the instructor to me-lol! I'm Excited for him to take the test with them as well. He has gotten a number of good tips and practice at times that I coul provide due to their pick up and drop off service.

This was our 4th child going thru drivers ed but our first time at
San Francisco Drivers Ed Classes Provider Name Locked
and it was my favorite school. Driver's ed in general is not fun, but
San Francisco Drivers Ed Classes Provider Name Locked
made it as enjoyable and convenient as possible. My daughter actually said her instructor was funny and made the class as interesting as possible. The in car driving sessions were easily scheduled/changed online, and she was able to sign up to do her driving with a friend which made it less nerve racking for her. She is a good driver.

I scheduled driver training with
San Francisco Drivers Ed Classes Provider Name Locked
's on-line service for both on-line education and in-car training for my daughter. The on-line service training occurred without problem. I have attempted to schedule the in-car training since early April 2015 without success.
I have called all of the phone numbers listed in their web site and registered complaints with the several people I talked with but no one has been able to schedule the in-car training.

I have never used this service, but have 2 kids that need driving lessons. I was recently driving behind a car tagged "student driver". When the car in front of it stopped to make a left turn, the student driver car first almost came to a stop, as if to wait (legally), then passed it on the right shoulder (illegal). One of my kids is on his school's cross country team, and they spend a lot of time running on shoulders, so I am particularly bothered by this kind of illegal maneuver. When I pulled up next to them at a stop light, I made note of the name of the school, and noticed that the driver looked to be a 15 year old girl. Driving on the shoulder is not only illegal, but has caused injuries and fatalities to people who may be legally using the shoulder for running, biking and walking. I would hope that driving instructors emphasize this.

As yet unresolved. However, I would recommend that other parents avoid wasting their money on this business.

We were very pleased with the flexibility and availability of classes. Our son plays sports and having different days and times was a huge help.

Instructions were on time for pick up my son. They provided him with good practical driving instruction and critique.
