"I am from the mid west and have worked with contractors, both here and there. I can honestly say that 
and his crew has been the best overall. I observed during the project that is an honest, hard working guy that is extremely concerned with keeping me the costumer, both happy and well informed throughout each project. He knows what he is doing and has high standards, but actually listened to me. also has Architectural and Interior design consultancy. I found that this service was unique for contractor but very helpful. They charge me for this service on an hourly rate that was very reasonable. I lived in the house while the work was being done, and it was completed on time and w/minimal disruption.

"I own an old, four-unit in San . Initially when I attempted to contact contractors about the various projects that needed attention, they either did not return my calls or presented me with astronomical bids. From the very start, stood out by responding to my call immediately, being the only one to show up on time, and hreturning his bid to me sooner than any other contractors. His price came in somewhere in the mid range of bids that I?d received. I chose to work with because he came across from the very start as professional and hard-working. I?d also seen and read very positive reviews about previous work that his company had performed in the past. After I chose him to do the project and the work commenced, I realize that I had made the right decision. He made a major renovation relatively painless. He was always on site and performed a lot of the work himself. His attention to detail is extraordinary, from structural work to fine finishes and I designed the custom cabinetry, and when he finished this section of work I realized that he is a true craftsman. He always kept me informed with regards to progress of the project and even took the time to meet with me in the evening to discuss ideas the he or I had. A lot of the work was designed on site and it turned out better than I ever imagined. The site was kept very clean throughout. The project and was done on time and on budget.

"We had used in the past for an interior paint job, and though their estimate came in higher than others we called, we had confidence they'd do the job right and return if there was any touch up to be done. We also liked the crew we had in the past and were not disappointed this time; they were thorough, polite, always on time, and put a halt to work on a particularly damp day. We had one single problem with the timing of the scaffolding company."

"They were able to come in the next Monday and start the bathroom. They found mold. EEK. I wanted it removed and it brought the job up an additional $450.00. They removed the moldy lath and cleaned with bleach and resurfaced the areas, evening them out nicely. Great job. They finished up the bathroom and moved on to the bedroom closet. Great job and now it's on to the bedroom,which they will finish next Wednesday."

"They did a great job. the boss was really very pleasant and clear. I felt immediately that he was honest and had integrity. He came right on time. The work was done on time. He had two very friendly workers. They did what they said they would do. The cover flowers and bushes to makes sure nothing fell on them. They sanded it down and replaced a couple of boards that were disintegrating. They sanded it down and restained it. It looks like a new redwood deck and it is 25 years old."

"The work was done over the course of a week. Everything done on time, all workers were friendly and considerate. The final product is attractive and neat. Seems to be a very efficient operation. Price seems very reasonable. When I asked for a one-year guarantee (after the job was completed, i.e. when I no longer had any leverage), Alfadel, the manager gave us a three-year guarantee, i.e. great customer service."
