Closet Design Reviews in San Francisco

I contacted
via email to inquire about the work I needed to be done. He responded in a very timely manner and we immediately scheduled a date for the job to be completed. He recommended various closet systems and offerrred to pick up any supplies/purchases we made. In the end, he was willing to meet my partner at the home improvement center to select the appropriate items. He installed the systems that day and we are very pleased with the finished product.
is courteous, friendly and I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend

Of course, when I started the renovation, I was just going to redo the kitchen floor. It didn't take long before I realized that I moved the wall of one pantry then I could fit the washer dryer in there instead of the back porch and then . . .and then . . . 6 months later I have a new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms. And thanks to Hudson
, this kitchen is gorgeous. Hudson helped me with reconfiguring the space, including widening a doorway and ripping out that pantry and a closet, then replacing them with a new set of storage rooms. He installed new doorways and moved a window, and added trim. The carpentry was excellent, and he handled details such as making sure the new trim matched the older trim in the rest of the house. He was careful, clever, and fast. Originally I hired him to install a door. 9 months later he's become an essential part of my entire renovation. In addition to working on the building, Hudson also ended up building custom kitchen cabinets for me. I originally got a quote for new cabinetry from Lowes. Because of the 9' ceilings and several odd
, they were able to cobble together a decent set of cabinets but the fit and quality weren't exactly exciting. In discussing this with Hudson, I discovered that he does custom cabinets and furniture as well as general carpentry. through a collaborative design process I was able to get exactly what I wanted (inset doors, figured cherry, shaker style, to the ceiling, and with special pull-out bins and
racks and such), and with high quality craftsmanship. These cabinets are thoughtfully made down to details such as a row of drawer fronts being cut from the same plank so that the grain is contiguous all along the face of the cabinets. Yowza! I'll be hiring him for custom furniture next. He was an excellent listener, and his background in architecture meant that he 'got' the space and how to work with it, and provided detailed specifications and drawings. He was also great about alerting me to potential design changes and getting my OK. He was generous with his experience and was able to give me several tips with the renovation that were extremely helpful. I felt like I had a partner in this crazy renovation process, and not one more subcontractor I had to watch like a hawk.

Closet Design reviews in San Francisco

We initially had a bad experience with CA closets. Our sales person worked very hard and did a great job, but his office never processed our order or called. We didn't find that out until 4 weeks later when they missed the installation date. That's when CA closets told us they didn't order anything and it would be at least another month before they could schedule our work! We found

& Closets right after that. We met with four other companies to obtain quotes.

and Skip form Bay came over and built a design at a very competitive price.
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
was refreshing; very bright, straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. We discovered that
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
could also size everything custom, especially for our tall ceilings. We weren't limited to the standard size components that the other firms offered. Because of our situation they rushed the order and quickly installed all six closets. What impressed me was that
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
, their installer, focused on the details. He took a custom approach. Instead of hanging shelves on walls he integrated them into the room. He detailed existing trim, added trim to his closets, built a box for the lightswitch and even trimmed out a utility bar. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. The quality is great, the fit and finish exceptional and the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. We ended up with a beautiful custom setup for just a little more than CA closets. It was well worth it.

He's a general handyman. He does woodworking, painting and kitchens. He was able to do multiple things for us and he could do a broad range of skills. His pricing was very competitive. We would definitely use him in the future.

They are the most professional, friendly, sensible, reasonable, talented contractors I could ever imagine and have ever dealt with. I had interviewed no less than 10 companies before coming across
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
and none of the other companies were even close to second place. We did not use
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
's design services for our project, but they were very knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling (design, implementation, management...). Our construction project was mainly in two very tight areas that required a lot of careful detailed work, and knowledge about old

homes. Our on-site project manager

was vital to the success of the results.

Inc.) takes a lot of pride in their work, and over achievers who takes pride in what they do never disappoint! We had a few snags along the way and even had to redo part of the construction to meet our specifications, but
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
managed the situation really well. They were extremely understanding, fair, and reasonable. We paid more than the original estimate because of changes along the way and other unforeseen problems to resolve. I truly respect

(father) and his family for their integrity, craftsmanship and dedication. The results are amazing and we are so excited about using our new spaces.

He did it perfectly, which is very unusual for us based on our experiences with other general contractors. He has very good workmanship. They had a very good price and were completely reliable. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. We were not around when most of the work was being done and they were fabulous with keeping in contact with us during the project.

It went very well. A design consultant from
San Francisco Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
came out within a few days of my initial call and spent about an hour talking with me, measuring everything, drawing up a plan, discussing it and making modifications and choosing finishes. She made a few calls and had everything scheduled for about a week out before she left. Her initial estimate was slightly lower than the final cost, so she pulled out a gift card worth $200 which she applied against the cost. I didn't comparison shop, so can't really say, but I suspect that the price is a bit on the high side. As for the actual work, everyone called the day before to tell me the times they were coming and both the CertaPro guys and the closet installer arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window they had given me. The workmanship was fine, all workers were courteous & professional. They all cleaned up after their work. The closet looks great, the kids are happy & we gained a lot more space.

They had the best price out of all the companies that we received quotes from. The person that designed the closet and gave us the price was very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful and they cleaned up well after themselves.

We worked on a time and materials basis. We had daily meetings and made some adjustments along the way. I didn't know how much this room would cost, but in the end, it was my favorite room in the house. Everybody loves it. It just has a great feel to it.
