"We are very happy with the results. We visited the showroom several times while in the process of comparison shopping. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They have a huge stock of high quality wool and synthetic carpet remnants and are open 7 days a week. After installation, one of the rugs off-gassed for several weeks. Thank goodness it was in a guest room that we haven't had to use recently and all is well now (2 months later). I do wish I had been warned about off-gassing so that we could have vacuumed several times before placing heavy furniture on it. I may very well have selected a different carpet, they had so many to choose from. I'm not sure they would have known that I was going to have an off-gassing problem. I sure didn't know enough to ask about it."
