, the service technician, came right on schedule. He was friendly and professional. He quoted $144 to clean and Scotchgard the 2-6 foot sections of the sofa and then offered to clean the carpet in my Family Room for free. I then asked him for a quote on the downstairs office carpet and he told me $20.00. Seemed like a bargain to me, so I asked if he had time to do both rooms in addition to the sofa. After he had finished, he cleaned the bottom few stairs in my entry, then on to the rest of the stairs after he told me he'd charge only $35 more (another bargain because my staircase is splits into 2 staircases halfway up!). The whole job took about 2.5 hours and the carpet and sofa look great! I'd definitely hire them again, when I'm ready to have the rest of the house done!"

"Although we have used this companys services several times in the past, we will not do so again. While cleaning the carpet, one of the men knocked over a floor lamp, broke its support mechanism and gouged an antique dining table in the process. Unfortunately, using extremely poor judgment, he then propped up the lamp with a chair and did not tell anyone about the accident. Although my husband was present, the damage was not noticed until I returned home from work that evening. In addition, since several stains were still apparent in the carpet, two other men came back to spot those areas on another day and only succeeded in making the stained areas larger. The service manager was responsive when contacted about the accidental breakage/damage, and the carpet definitely looks better. overall, but we were very disappointed in the quality of the carpet cleaning work on this occasion. However, the cleaning of the leather sofa and chair was handled very well and they look great."
