After multiple calls over 10 days,

stated that he was not responsible and we could buy new gutters and he would ?foot? the labor. To the tune of $500 for product that we were never warned would be a problem. We believe this is another example of lack of thorough communication. We had enough by this point, and opted to hire a separate gutter company on our own and ended up paying $700 for something that we never expected to replace. We reviewed the contract, and nowhere did it mention that there may be damage to gutters. Nor did

warn us of this potential issue. For the reasons above, we would not recommend
