Start to finish - just great.
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
came over, listened to what we wanted and promptly provided an estimate. He followed that up couple of days later with a friendly call. We were waiting on other estimates that never came or were so much higher that it was hard to understand what others thought they were building?
They started on a Mon. By the end of the week, it was pretty much done. There were some delays in getting some materials but not
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's fault. Everyday they were ontime. End of each day saw any mess cleaned up. When there was an oppty to provide some suggestions based on experience/expertise, they were provided. No attitude or making us feel dumb - just a
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked

accommodated.
Highly recommend

Run do not walk away from this contractor. After spending the last year and half going through surety bond companies and arbitration with the California State License Board, all I can say is that I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. If you do feel so inclined to do business with this outfit (aka Premier Green Landscaping) do your due diligence. Flag #1, get a financial history report; wish that I had done this and obviated any further dealings with this guy. If you're dealing with someone in continuous financial distress, what are the chances that there will be inevitable issues concerning monies paid vs. work completed? In this case, he spent 9 months on a 3 month job, and didn't show any progress over the last 4 months, but not before he collected most of the money. He also left the project half-completed with tons of workmanship issues. How would you like to have dirt and rocks filled in the mortar blocks of structural walls instead of cement? Well here's your guy. Had to find this out on our own because he cleverly hid this fact from us. The shrewdness of this fellow in his manipulative ways of trying to craft contract disputes over alleged work changes is unbelievable. Check out his property record, which is a public record, and you might get a sense of the level of indebtedness that afflicts and permeates his daily thinking and behavior. Of course, the contract drawn up by this guy has no protective clauses for the consumer like Performance Bond or Arbitration. He routinely ignored California Code by collecting funds ahead of delivered work product and services. The contractor purports to have expertise in construction, but never demonstrated this in actuality. He thinks of himself as as a general contractor, subcontracting out work to companies that he has had no experience with, and in our own personal experience were unlicensed with the state of California. He represented on his license registration that he has no employees, but utilized on our project an unemployed older man that he compensated with the use of a truck. You can just imagine the level of competence that resulted. Low skilled laborers were his main source of labor on the project, and for the most part, these workers worked part days or didn't show up at all. Furthermore, the alleged, unpaid site manager did not have a project milestone plan to get the project completed in a timely manner so many days the workers accomplished very. No electrical or gas lines were completely installed, no was artificial turf and sod in different portions of the front and rear lawns. What the contractor did: Sat at his house and kept a log of every email sent to him as if that was an effective way to complete the project in a timely manner. When he substantially exhausted all the funds that he had collected in advance of work completion, he resorted to alleging that any subject that came up about work constituted a change, for which he was entitled for additional payment. Many of the changes he claimed that he was entitled to he never spent one minute on completion. He also created accounting records that I would have loved to have been reviewed by the IRS. No project management software was utilized to create a financial status report, which
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to his assertions of being "upside down" on the project even that more suspect. In fact, during the course of the project he routinely asserted that he didn't owe me any financial reports nor did he have to. If you can imagine a contractor leaving a project 60% uncompleted and then asserting that he was due another $25K, you have all you need to know about this firm. Even though his contract contained workmanship warranty provisions he never honored his oblgations once. If he had rework, especially that caused by shoddy workmanship, his response was that you owed him additional money because he had none to rectify his deficient work. Absolutely untrustworthy, unreliable, and poor performing contractor.

The
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
team did a fantastic job on our remodel. They converted our 3 bedroom, 2 3/4 bath house into a 4 bedroom 3 bath with master en suite dream. The bathroom off of the Master was a small 3/4 bath with a shower and we really wanted an en suite. Ronen came to the house the same day we called, asked what we envisioned for the space, and had a bid for us the next day.

and is his team were extremely courteous and attentive to detail, providing guidance on potential improvements based on their years of experience, including going to the home improvement store with us and helping choose the best products for the projects. They arrived on time every day, even on the weekend, and always stayed until at least 5 o'clock, making sure to clean up before they left for the evening. We have small children and a dog and
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's team took extra care to ensure the doors remain closed and locked while they worked, even when they had to go in and out for supplies.
They did such a great job with the en suite, we asked them to convert part of the Master bedroom space back into a 4th guest bedroom. We asked if they could get it done within ten days as we had guests coming. Ronen had a quote within an hour and
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's crew started the next day. It was amazing to watch them convert the space efficiently and quickly and have it done in time for our guests.
We did not have a single moment of concern during these projects as the whole team was in constant contact with us every step of the way. Ronen called and stopped by regularly to check on progress and

The work went really well.

Gams, the owner, was punctual and responsive when we had questions. The permit took time, but way less time than we expected.
One of the things that really sold us from the beginning was dealing with the architect that
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
contracts with. He did really good work and listened to our input and feedback. He charged a very reasonable price and did the follow-up meeting with the city permit office, which made that process much easier.
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
uses sub-contractors for his work, but they were all great and people that he has worked with for a very long time. Their work was done very well and with very high quality. The only little complaint would be about the drywallers because of the huge mess - they should have done a better job of cleaning up after themselves. Drywalling is inherently messy, but a little more courtesy on their part specifically would have been appreciated.
In addition to the contracted work,
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
also recommended painting people for the outside trim as well as for the interiors - not typically included in this kind of contracted work. The companies that he recommended were fast and phenomenal. Couldn't be happier with them.
Overall, the experience was just about as positive as a remodel project could be. If I were to give one piece of advice to
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, it would be to have a little more patience when we pointed out detail items in the work we wanted fixed. The impatience was because he already had the items on his to do list, but we didn't know that.
If we have future work done to the house we will definitely call
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
for an estimate.

We are adding a master suite and remodeling the kitchen. They have come by 3 times to go over different options They are patient and understand we are paying a lot of money ( to us at least) for the remodel and we want to make our $$$ go as far as possible.
I appreciate their honesty and that they will deliver the hard truth about some of our requests. We always get the reasons behind their advice and so far it has all been accurate after verification.

We purchased the Big Deal to have the Bathroom design. They came and did the design as expected. The person they sent out did not sit well with us, and we will not have them back. We have spoken directly with the provider about the issue. Additionally, their estimate to do the work was significantly higher than others.
The 3-D design and ideas they gave us were nice. I would not use the provider for anything else

This review is "old" for a reason. I hate to give negative reviews, but I feel this is the only way we can make Angie's List a valuable resource--to be honest. I had baseboards installed by this company 4 years ago. They had a number of baseboard mouldings I could pick from, primed the wood, and painted it the color I requested, and installed it in three bedrooms, a hallway and stairway. The baseboards looked beautiful after installation and I thought the price was fair. The installer left a mess on the carpet, with bits of sawdust everywhere. When I complained to the person I had been dealing with (not the installer), he didn't say anything, didn't offer to reduce the price, didn't offer to clean it up. Fast forward 4 years. I had new carpet installed. The new carpet was of a lower pile than the old carpet. When installed, the new carpet was about 1/2 inch lower than the bottom of the baseboards. There are some places where you can see all the way through to the drywall--the gap is so large. The carpet installer (who is a man I trust), said the baseboards should have been placed on the bottom of the floor--instead they were installed at the top of the carpet!!! ARRRGHH!!! To be installed properly, the baseboard installers should have pulled back the carpet, installed the baseboards flush or nearly flush with the bottom of the wood flooring near the carpet tacks (they are fairly high baseboards) and then reinstall the carpet under the baseboards. Of course, the way they did it was much easier. Now, my only choice is to leave them as is (and they look awful), or rip them out, repair the existing drywall, reinstall them and reinstall the carpet. This company should either install their product correctly, or get out of the business.

I would like to share my opinion of
the wonderful experience I had with clean up services

provided me with. I woke up one morning to find my entire kitchen flooded.
Somehow a line broke and there was water everywhere! I freaked out and called
about a dozen flood clean up companies in San

over at

I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before they started the flood
clean up process as I just recently purchased my first home and I wanted to get
the best repairs possible. Every other company I called were somewhat hesitant to
dive into details about my exact questions, but not Orange. The receptionist
and technicians from Orange were patient and understanding with me. I was
extremely impressed by their repairs and I can’t thank them enough for getting
my home looking like new again.

was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very helpful during the process of quoting the work and allowed for all options so there were no surprises for either of us. The foreman on my project, was exactly what you expect in a foreman. He confirmed all of the work with me prior to starting, anticipated any possible issues/options I would need to address and kept the project moving. Both were always available via phone/text.
I used to work in construction so I understand the realities of projects such as this. If the person who is going to re-frame for my doors was on a different job, I knew that there would be a delay. Things of this nature happened to me but that is part of construction.
I have already referred
San Diego Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to a few of my friends and I will continue to do so.
