was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain key maintenance issues, safety inspections results, and maintenance considerations with" me. We believe their ongoing propane per
pricing will remain competitive with other vendors that service the east King County area. The tank installation and propane tank transfer was carefully and appropriately performed. I strongly recommend using his firm and we anticipate that all ongoing propane tank refills will go smoothly, with routine safety checks as

"This is the worst company ever, we are customers and called for a delivery on Friday and were told no delivery until Tuesday 2/24 and during the night on Friday" ran out of propane, called the company and were told $175.00 fee plus the cost of the propane to deliver, we had no choice but to pay it but after they delivered the service person did not come in and bleed the line on the furnace with resulted in the ignition wire to the furnace being fried. Needless to say had to call a HVAC company who in turn needed to order the part and this is now the 4th day with NO heat during what are the coldest temps in twenty years. Tried to speak to the manager
from the North Haven CT location and were more or less told it is our problem, not his. This is by far the worst customer service ever, what should have been a $300.00 propane delivery is now costing us over $800.00 dollars, xo much for screwing your regular customers.

Propane Sales and Service

Propane is three-carbon alkane formed as a byproduct of natural gas processing and petroleum refining. Initially produced as a gas, it can be compressed to a lightweight, stable liquid for transport and storage.

Propane Retailer reviews in San Diego

I had nearly run out of propane (tank below 5%) after waiting for my former propane company to deliver on an order placed nine days earlier. After making repeated phone calls to that company, I either could not reach a live person, or the people that did answer said that they could not even give me an idea of a delivery date.
I left a message on Sunrise's voicemail on a Saturday morning not expecting any return phone call until Monday, because the message stated that their office hours were M-F. However I was surprised when
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
called me back within an hour of my message. He said that they might be able to make it out mid-week but would try to fit me in earlier in the week once they had a

to check their delivery schedule.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
then called me back on Monday morning to say that they could make it out on Tuesday afternoon. As fate would have it, my former propane company actually delivered at noon on Monday, so I had to call
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
back to let him know to cancel the order this time, but I will definitely call Sunrise for my next fill!

Great. No problems. Installation techs were courteous, knowledgable, and careful working around items in rest of room. Kept work area clean. Instructed me on operation of the

and answered all my questions. It is a beautiful unit.

Was prompt and even showed up early for the appointment. Worked very quickly, clean and professional. Would recommend them and I will use them for any future services as needed.

I called to have my propane tank filled as usual. A driver showed up a little bit later to fill the tank but was scared of my puppy. He started hitting my puppy on the nose. I asked him to please don't do that. He got angry and said my puppy was bearing his teeth. My puppy was barking and getting more upset every time the driver hit him. I was trying to catch my puppy and take him inside, I stopped and told the driver maybe he shouldn't come out anymore. He said he didn't have to fill my propane tank. About that time I finally caught my puppy and locked him in the house, when I went back outside the driving was taking off. He left the lid off my propane tank and connections undone.
I called the office to let them know what happened and was told he would have the owner call me back. I didn't hear anything so I called back a little later to see if they were sending someone else out to fill my tank. I was told they didn't want my business anymore because they heard the "whole" story from the driver. I don't know what they think the "whole" story is but this is very bad business.

I never received anything and it has been at least 2 1/2 years at this time. I have gone through the BBB in
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
and Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
promised to send me a check. One arrived but it bounced, I was charged an insufficient fund fee, and then again I was told I would receive one.Needless to say, nothing has arrived.

Yesterday I received a knock at my door from a
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
employee. He said
he was here today to remove my propane tank. I was taken back
because I was never notified that the tank was being removed. He went on
to relay that he has been instructed by the main office to remove my
tank due to lack of use. He then put me in touch with Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked

to discuss the matter. I'm not sure how to express how disappointed the
conversation went. Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
advised that I had not used the tank in
four years and that it was being removed. I asked him if there is a
minimum requirement that needs to be met in order to keep the tank, and
told him that I would meet whatever requirement is now set in place (as
there never was a propane minimum requirement in the past). His response
"Do you know how many times I hear that a day?". Shocked by this, I
reminded him that we were never given any notice/
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
to prove that we
would meet a requirement because none had ever been communicated. He
went on to say "Our expectation is that a customer must use a certain amount o f propane if
they are going to rent our tank". I asked him "Was that an expectation
relayed to the customer, with minimum requirements, and if not, then it
is an assumption". He said "We are just going to take the tank today. We
do not want to continue business with you!" Again shocked by such a
response, I reiterated that this would never had been an issue had a
letter or a phone call been provided with options to keep the tank. He
then said "I will sell it to you for $750. That's how you can keep it.,
and then we'll do business with you." I asked if
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
is no longer
renting tanks out, he then seemed to change the options on the fly and
advised that another option is to keep the tank for $250 a year. I said
that's fine, I'll pay the usual $25 annual rental fee and then meet the
remaining $225 in propane tank requirement. Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
replied by
advising that it would be a $250 rental fee, and then immediately
followed up saying "actually I'll only sell it and it will be $750". I
asked if he was making this up as he goes because in one sentence he
offered a $250 rental and now he is only offering to purchase for $750.
I'm so confused by how this is being handled. I then asked to speak with
the President, and he advised that
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
doesn't have a President. I
then asked for the Owner, and he advised that the owner is never in and
will not talk to customers... "the owner stands by my decisions and
unless you decide to purchase today, we will not be doing business with
you any longer." I told him I would purchase, but it's going to be from a
business deserving of my money and knows how to talk professional to
their customers." Not a business with Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
name tied to it. In
the end while I was making my point that this is not the way to handle
communication with customers, Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
apparently felt he wasn't
getting anywhere with the situation (selling the tank) and decided to
hang up on me while I was in mid sentence. We currently have a 15 month
old and a
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
. The reason we had that propane tank was primarily for
the winter should a snow storm take out our electricity and the heat
pump fails, that was our back up source of heat each winter. As stated
earlier I would have clearly met any minimum propane requirement asked
of me (within reason), even if it meant turning on the gas fireplace a
few days a week during the winter while we turned off the heat pump, but
in Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
' perspective he "hears that daily". The
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
at my door picking up the tank said they have been tasked to repossess
customer tanks left and right under this new management without giving any notification. It's
currently the middle of winter. I'm actively working to obtain a refund of my prepaid rental
fee that was not honored. On June 10 2014 I received and paid a "1 Year
minimum usage fee" (exactly how it's listed on their invoice) of $25 to
cover through 10 June 2015 of this year (four months of prepaid rental fee remaining that
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
is unable/unwilling to honor). Mr.
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
, the previous owner, would have be ashamed at how this was handled (God rest his soul).

I phoned for quotes to fill my owned 500
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
San Diego Propane Dealers Provider Name Locked
was by far the most expensive. It seems there is an effort to price out owned tanks and thus solicited quotes. In all fairness in the past NE was much more responsive
- Charles M.

Pleasant response by a human on the phone when I called. Appointment was set up to install a 250 lb propane tank to replace the 100 lb tank used to use. I was quoted an approx. price for the install in the $425 range. The price came in at $356. The install was neat and clean, tested and setup quickly and efficiently. The propane price was lower than the posted average online for the area. I am extremely pleased with Apex.
