"They did a very good job and when they fumigate, you do need to leave your home. I did have to leave my home with strangers for 4 days. There were 4 men who were neat and clean and when I returned everything was as I left it. They did a very good job cleaning up. I thought the price was fair and everyone was polite. When I called the office to see when ...more they were coming and they answered on the second day that I called and they never followed up to let me know when I could return home or to see how the job turned out. Otherwise, I was happy with the experience. They need to be more customer friendly. There is an overwhelming amount of work to prepare for this since you have to double bag all of your food and anything that would be eaten including spices and there is a lot of physical work to do. You should starte preparing at least a month in advance. Eat up as much food as you can so you do not need to double bag it. Even the items in the refrigerator and freezer need to be double bagged too. The gas company does need to come to shut off the gas and then they need to come back to turn it back on for you. "

They represent the company in the field, and the customers are told to talk to the technicians about their concerns. I think that this firm is very guilty of deceptive practices, and I will be filing greivances with every agency that oversees or is involved with this industry. We had a real issue with ants inside and out.
