"Since the initial project, they have been out about once a year to perform modifications. The most recent project was on May 3rd 2011. We have always been pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail and honest collaborative thoughts coming up with positive suggestions to either improve or solve issues.
Our initial experience was superb and on subsequent projects they have maintainted their very high standards.
I highly recommend this company."

"Earon was very professional in his planning and execution of the tasks involved The pricing was fair, and all work done exceeded our expectations. Earon even helped us in the selection of the lights as to illumination and energy use. We would highly recommend him for indoor and outdoor jobs both large and small."

"I contacted ?Landscape Solutions? because they are local to me and I have a sincere desire to employ a smaller local business rather than a large business from elsewhere. As a small businessman myself, I want to spread the wealth amongst my neighboring business people and with that same good spirit, I write the following review.
Shortly after making my initial contact with Landscape Solutions I met with in my home. A few days later, emailed to me a rough first draft proposal on the work to be performed and completed at my home. This weekend last, we spoke on the telephone and both agreed to meet on Tuesday at 5 o?clock in the evening (we were both very busy on Monday) at my home to fine tune and finish up the work proposal whereby creating a contract so we could move forward with getting the work started.
did not show up at my home nor did he call me. The next day, I read a text message on my iPhone that was sent to me from twenty (20) minutes after our agreed meeting time asking if we could meet at 4 o?clock the next day. The problem is that I left my iPhone at the office and did not get the text until today.
The text read as follows and was sent at 5:17 in the afternoon:
"Hi Can we meet tomorrow around 4 pm? "
Shortly after our initial meeting in person, I gave my home telephone number along with my email address, my wife rushed from work early to be at home for 's scheduled arrival time, I postponed important work to be at home to meet with .
This the next day shortly past 9 a.m., I got a call from on my home telephone line from his cell phone. It bears mentioning that in the single text that I sent to (at his request) it contained my contact information, which includes both my home and cell numbers.
In my humble opinion, as a businessman that has a serious customer that is looking at spending thousands of dollars by hiring you, one should respect another person's time by getting on the telephone to discuss the matter of not being able to show up to an appointment at or before the scheduled time. Worst case scenario, call your customer later that evening when you have the paperwork in hand. Texting your customers that are waiting for you to show up 20 minutes past the time you are supposed be at their house is unprofessional at best. If you can text, you can call."

" and his team of subcontractors did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. We did a ground up remodel, where we also knocked out the wall from the kitchen to the living room, separating the two rooms with a countertop. This really opened up our otherwise 'cozy' living room. The results are nothing short of spectacular and the attention to detail was extraordinary.
The job started with and drafting up a model based on our request of the remodel. The model/draft included AutoCAD type (computer drawings) pictures of what our new kitchen would look like. After feedback, provided a written estimate detailing what he and his team would do and what we would need to provide. We preferred to pick and purchase our appliances and fixtures such as sink and faucets and have do the installs. Other contractors we interviewed included getting appliances, etc, but with we picked everything and saved $.
The job started with demoing the complete kitchen: cabinets, ancient appliances, plumbing, ceiling including lighting, flooring, and the wall between the living room. Next, a supporting beam had to be installed because the removed wall had load bearing posts. had the demo done in TWO DAYS and the beam in within the next week. They were so fast, my wife and I hadn't even started shopping for appliances yet, so we had to catch up. One piece of constructive criticism we gave , was that because we'd never done a remodel of anything before, we would have liked more lead time for when he was ready for items. As I said, they were so fast with each phase, we seemed to scramble to have the next pieces for them.
After the demo and beam, they worked the drywall which is textured stucco. This included matching spanish style arches on each end of the wall, then tying in a perpendicular arch. The result is a work of art and the stucco texture perfectly matches the rest of the house. The drywall included patching over an old doorway from the exterior into the kitchen as well as one window where our refrigerator would now be located. The exterior stucco also matches perfectly. This whole time worked to move plumbing, venting, electrical outlets, switches and gas lines for our range.
Next, the floor was put in. We purchased pretty cheap, but durable porcelain tile from home depot as it is not the focus of our kitchen and we were spending more elsewhere. Even so, it came out very well and 's sub contractor did a great job. The kitchen is a galley style (now more open) so we went for diagonal/diamond pattern floor instead of standard grid/box pattern to add a little style. This made more work for , but he was quick, the grout lines are even and smooth and there are perfect cuts around our cabinet boxes. had the cabinet boxes ready and installed as was finishing the floor.
With the floor done and cabinet boxes in, was ready for us to pick out our granite for the counter tops. We also opted to do a tile backsplash, which was ready to do at this time as well. The backsplash was a bit of a challenge for us to do since neither of us are designers or decorators, so we had to delay and his team a bit as we decided on a pattern we liked. In the end we have already received multiple complements on it, but it was a bit stressful. Some of the tile stores have designers that can work with you (ie Arizona Tile). gave us a good list of 6+ tile companies he recommended, but if you order something not in stock, be forewarned it could take more than a few days. We also picked out the sink so it could be installed under-counter with the granite.
With the granite and backsplash done, next up was plumbing and faucets. We decided to have a countertop disposal button, new disposal, new faucet and an undersink water filter and water heater that both go up to a separate faucet at the corner of the sink. also installed our dishwasher at the same time to tie in the plumbing with the sink (note: the kitchen did not previously have a dishwasher so he had to run the separate electrical to a new circuit breaker, new plumbing, etc).
After the plumbing was completed the team walked me through the fixtures to confirm there were no leaks anywhere. One challenge we had was that the water filter did not tie into the hot water tank and faucet that we chose, so we had to return it and order another one. The second time, we sent the specs to to review before purchasing, so he could confirm it would all match up. I would highly recommend sending him the make and model of almost everything you purchase so he can be sure it will work as it will save you time spent on returns and shipping new items, etc.
was then ready to install the cabinet panels and doors. We chose stylish Plyboo brand bamboo cabinets in flat grain Amber color. When we originally picked the cabinets we originally thought it would look different, but that was based on the sample book that plyboo provided with 4x4 inch squares of samples, and their website did not have enough samples to get an accurate idea of the look. responded with outstanding customer service offering to redo the work if we purchased new materials. In the end we decided to go with the plyboo we already bought and if we didn't like it in a year or so, redo it. Besides, did very custom work where he matched the grain of the bamboo so that each section of cabinets looks like a single block of wood. This includes the corners, which would usually have separate grain ends but he miter the corner joints so that the grain wraps around the sides. It was so well done, Plyboo has asked to feature the cabinets on their site.
Once the cabinets were done, put in the refrigerator (we kept the previous GE Profile as it was the only new appliance in the kitchen before the remodel) and installed the our slide-in gas range. We were going to wait to install the range hood first, but it arrived broken and we waited so long for a replacement, he went ahead and installed the stovetop so that we could start using the kitchen again.
With the kitchen essentially done, the can lighting was installed, with 3 pendants hanging over the countertop separating the kitchen from the living room.
Lastily to tie it all together they painted all the walls.
The compliments haven't stopped coming in."

"The tale of two spouses!
1. We picked this landscaper after interviewing/getting bids with 4 landscapers.
2. They are a big competent organization. I believe they have the equipment to get done what you need. For example, they had no problem, with their earth mover, clearing out an unwanted hot-tub, palm trees, etc. They have the equipment they need and are familiar with it.
3. Very professional. On time, returned calls/emails. Once, after the job-while digging for weeds, I put a big hole in the drip irrigation. I called and they had it fixed that day, and educated me on how to fix it in the future.
4. Flexible. We had lots of different, unique ideas. They listened and included them. For example, I wanted to use wash-machine gray-water; they made it happen. I wanted all the drainage to be directed at my back slope instead of the street, they made it happen. I wanted an outdoor shower with drainage to the slope. They made it happen.
5. The end product is very nice. I was expecting we would use them for the next stage of landscaping, but spouse feels differently. While I agree they are probably more expensive then some other outfits, I'd rather pay and now that I'll get a good product that the landscaper will stand behind. The owner always says he wants happy customers. He put effort towards that in our experience with him; I believe it means it.
I'll try to get my spouse on here to provider her side of the story."

"Simply stated great. is a professional and did a fabulous job. I called for three separate bids. The first two electricians made a big deal about the job, one even stated that the high-end outdoor lights I bought could not be used. responded to my initial voice message almost instantly and arrived for the estimate promptly. He found no problem with the fixtures and explained thoroughly how the job would be wired. He forwarded the estimate at the end of the same day (I waited 4 days for one of the other estimates and never received the other estimated promised). Initially stated the job would take a day and a half, but in fact he completed the job in one day. Quality and price for work was exceptional. I will use his services again in the future."

"Excellent! , and his assitant, , were great. Honest, knowledgable, offer up good ideas, took good care while working around/in our house, and did a very good job with what we asked for! We'll definitely use again for our future electrical work. He also has a great drywall/stucco repair referral named of DreamCon Inc. whose technician did a great job patching the two small drywall holes had to make for the bathroom circuit install due to strange construction in the wall of our 1963 vintage house. Otherwise, and were thoughtful about our install and avoided having to make additional wall holes - cool!"

"I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and received a return call the next business day. was able to come two days later. Because his morning appointments ran long he was late arriving for my appointment but called well in advance of his scheduled arrival time to let me know and to see if I would be available at the later time. He was here only about half an hour and was very thorough in explaining the process to me, determining the placement position of the new lights, and letting me know the preparations I would need to make in advance of the arrival of his crew. Those preparations were basically clearing countertops and their general work area. We accepted his bid the next morning and a crew was scheduled for the very next day. A very nice crew of three arrived on time for their appointment and the work was completed in about six hours. They worked consistently and quietly with a small radio on low volume. They took extra measures to protect flooring and cover things to protect from the dust. They also swept up after themselves. I still had a good bit of clean-up to do after they left but it was not because of a lack of diligence on their part. I had opened a sliding glass door and our wonderful afternoon breezes carried their dust all over the house! My bad. Customers are required to get rid of the old lighting fixtures, which are considered hazardous material, and provide a trash can for their use in disposing of the debris. Overall it was a good experience and if I had additional lighting conversions to be done I absolutely would hire them again."
