Told them ahead of time and on-site to pay attention to grease and adhesive residues and to be prepared with the right solvents. They had 2 people (

and her mother) come over on time, while I was at work. 2 hours later, I come home and they're still working on the 1st bathroom and kitchen. I told them not to get hung up things that are not worth spending too much time on, so they can do the other bathrooms and try to get to the windows/floors/blinds. They told me it will take 30mins to finish up the kitchen and 1st bath. I told them my concerns and had to attend to other business. They spent the remaining 1 1/2 hrs on the remaining two bathrooms. At the end, I looked over the work and was not very satisfied, but did not want them to continue to spend time doing what was inefficient. Some things they did do well were: countertops, toilets, oven, oven/dishwasher ports. Everything else, in my opinion, was poorly cleaned for several reasons: 1) improper cleaning solvents. They were not able to clean the adhesive I told them to be prepared for - as if they never even got the message. It was as if they tried taking grease off by just using water (or some light solvent) and a rag. 2) improper scrubbing materials/tools/technique. There were spots all over the place that I could pick off easily with my finger nail. even one pass with the coarse side of a kitchen sponge could have removed. polishing dirt is pointless - remove the dirt and polish the actual surface. drywall/paint dust came off easily with a finger nail. 3) poor attention to areas that needed cleaning. top surfaces that you may not be able to see, were not touched (e.g. top of medicine cabinets, top of shower tiles). The cleaners were nice/friendly people, just did not know how to get the job done. Proper solvents, tools, and attention would have gone a long way to do a quality job and save time - something I would expect from professionals. I ended up finishing off the cleaning myself. Maybe different workers from this company are better. But this is my review for the 2 that I got. My suggestion, in retrospect: supervise and either micromanage or stop the service early when things just are not getting done."

"I notified Israel the manager and he told me that they would pay to have my floor repaired. The estimates are $200 for a patch job and if that doesn't work then $1300 for a whole re-sand and re-finish. I haven't had the floor repaired yet, so I can't say for sure if will actually come through and pay like they say they will, ...more but I really hope they will do the honorable thing about my floor. What worries me the most is, what did they "clean" my house with? The reason I hired them was because of their so-called eco-friendly products, but these chemicals burnt a hole in my wood floors - and now my child is supposed to play on those floors? Also, they never once offered to refund my $190 that I paid for the sub-par cleaning service. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted them to come back and re-clean the house?! They claimed that they could refer a different team to me, but if they don't check on their contractors, then I can't trust who they'd send next. After I wrote the previous report, the owner

. This time, he sent out his best team and they cleaned our home, free of charge, at our convenience on a Sunday afternoon. I checked their chemicals before they started and was pleased to see that they used all eco-friendly products, including dilute vinegar. This new team was very thorough and did a good job. They cleaned for 3 hours and left my home clean and undamaged. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was very pleased with the results. I can say that I would now consider using

again, if I could get this same team again. "
