It is a high end rental;the tenants had just moved out so it was ready to go. The house was purchase 6 years ago with a dark stain on the wood. I never like it.

It impressed me that he obviously wanted to do the job and was very straightforward with what all was involved. We originally thought that the flooring in the front hall would have to be cut out and replaced, but they later discovered they were able to scrape the layers of linoleum flooring and glue off without too much difficulty. This resulted in a savings to me of about $200. Termite-damaged boards were taken out and replaced with new. All blends perfectly and the stain even helps blend the flooring in that part of the house with the artificial wood flooring in the adjacent rooms. During most of this process, I was out of town. They showed up when they said they would, did the work and finished on time. The floors look even better than I could have imagined and there was no dust residue anyplace.
