agreed to assist me in moving two pieces of furniture I couldn't move myself, also I would go and get the paint for the dining room.  He removed the light track and made ready for painting.  Prior to painting I questioned  him about using primer on the walls and ceiling and also why he was thinning out the paint, his reply didn't"t need to prime, and he always thins out the paint.    I got through that and we continued to the bedroom  for the flooring and closets. 

didn't figure the correct amout of flooring needed and I discovered it prior to his starting in the closet and I went to Home depot and bought  more flooring.  

installed the folding closet doors  complaining how everything was out of square, and let me know that if anyone took them down they would probably never get them back up.  So I paid him and let him know I would call when I needed his assistance again."
