The woman on the phone said she would check into it for me and call me back. She was very prompt and called back the same day. She apologized, and said she they cannot do the type of work I requested and that she could refund my $125. I received the check in a matter of days. I think the company did me right by giving me the money back, but I was disappointed that they did not just tell me on the spot at my home that they could not (Or did not want) to do the work."
