"It was a disaster and a total waste of money, except for the $75 I spent to secure the 1st gate. Even that, however, was installed on the outside of the gate (facing the street) as opposed to the inside where I requested so it would not be seen from the street. The gate was not completed in the timeframe they claim (5 days). When they came to install the gate, the bars were too far apart, not what was requested to keep my small dog from getting through. The second gate was installed swinging the wrong direction. The third gate they installed was too high at the bottom and my dog easily slips out from under it. When I complained it was not where we had discussed, they came out and pushed stones under the gate to make it LOOK like it was lowered. I totally wasted $475 for this gate! I have used this group in the past but will NEVER use them again."

"The work on site went well with as the foreman. He did a masterful job of the special separate panel with an angled top and bolted to the stationary fence, but removable (if objected). The gate works beautifully, which is not always the case for gates in our complex.
My only regret is that I did not think to get an estimate for 2 coats of paint (off-white). One coat did not cover adequately and the wood knots show through as well as spots on the side of the boards that are slightly warped.
I advise anyone using the company to stay on top of the information and instructions to and from the office. On the 2 estimates I got at 2 times, not all the information I gave the estimator was reflected on the paperwork I received from the office. Before the job started, I sent further instructions to the office which did not receive before coming to the site. Fortunately I was there and able to show him these instructions and the job went great."

"They were good. They did a good job. I liked that Will would work with me and was proactive about making suggestions and giving me other things to think about. They had a really friendly crew. It was a pleasure to work with them. They left the yard perfectly--everything was brand spanking new. I had a few bids come in and everyone was around the same number. The price was competitive. It's a contractor so you're going to have to make a couple phone calls, but I've seen far worst. They were there every day on time. I never had to call and ask where the crew was. "

"Job went very smoothly. Mr. purchased special shrubs for my garden and saw to it that they were placed in the most beneficial locations for optimum growth using the best fertilizers, etc. He planned when the best time frame for planting would be and assured they were planted at the optimum time. The company cleaned up when finished and even came back to check on how the plants were doing. The yard's appearance has been greatly improved. It really is a job well done."

"Landscape solutions responded to my first call within 24 hours, gave me a bid within a day, and started work immediately the next day. They were quite clean and thorough. When they were called for the fence and wall installation, I once more recieved a quick and precise estimate, a fast scheduling, and efficient work. The fence and wall were finished quickly, but not hastily. (my foreman for a second time) gave proper time to cement cures, coming back to finish work that could have been shoddy if hastened. In the end, the fence was solid and visually pleasing. The wall was well reinforced, footed, and backfilled.
