came right on time. We spoke for a few minutes before starting work. I had purchased 2 'Special Big Deals' on Angie's List for this to be done. We had recently had our house re-stuccoed and I didn't want a 'sloppy' job done where I'd have to call out the stucco company to repair the damage left behind by the electrician installing these boxes. That was foremost in my mind as we discussed the locations. One was placed on our deck, beneath a window. And the other on the front of our home, just above the stone.
did an exemplary job and provided the exterior box that complimented the color of the stucco. He left the work site very clean as well. Also, he didn't attempt to add any cost onto what I already paid thru Angie's List as others I've had out to the house when I purchased the 'Big Deals' advertised on Angie's List. He also gave me a bid on some expensive future electrical work that I want to get done. Very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. On a scale of 1-5, I rate him a 5 and have already recommended him to a neighbor.

arrived at 9:00 and looked at what we wanted done. I had one idea of how the light fixtures would be hung because my ceiling for 2 of the fixtures were 18 feet high.
patiently explained why that couldn't be done because it wouldn't meet CA code. After his explanation, he figured out a way to hang the fixtures to code without having to have an enormous ladder. He looked at the electrical box and said it was safe, which was a relief. He worked efficiently on the 3 fixtures and there was enough time to discuss some other electrical fixes I will have done in the near future. I felt that
was a true professional and was giving me sound advice. I definitely will use

Very happy with service.

They came out, did a full inspection of our hvac system, told us it was in great shape, and left.

We were nervous that whoever came out would find some "
San Diego Electricians Provider Name Locked
" issues that would cost extra money.

Not these guys. They were honest and I will recommend them to others.

This was a horrible experience. Although the technician completed the tasks as described in the Angie's List's deal and fixed our kitchen light switch, we experienced a lot of issues. Disclaimer: I was not home during the visit but spoke to the technician on the phone. My wife was the only person home during the visit.
The technician arrived on time but had no idea about Angie's List deal. When he was told that our kitchen light switch was broken, he proceeded to flip on both kitchen light switch. One was broken, as we indicated, but the other light switch operated a light outside the house. We had disassembled the outside light to replace the fixture. Without asking about the lights for the second switch, the technician immediately quoted a price of $100 to repair both lights. When my wife told him that the second switch wasn't broken, he quoted the same $100 to repair one light switch. When my wife asked why it was the same price for one or two light switches, he told her that it was $50 for parts and $50 for labor, not really answering her question. He then showed my wife an invoice and said that this type of job usually costs $600 and that this was a good deal. This was when my wife called me to ask about the details of the Angie's List deal. I spoke with her and then spoke with the technician on the phone. I asked why he was charging us labor when the deal included 1hr of labor for repairs. I also asked why the light switch costs us $50 (I later found the part for $0.78 on Home Depot). The technician informed me that it would take him time to buy the part and that was why he was charging us $50. I told him about the deal we had purchased and that this did not make any sense to me. Feeling that he was trying to rip us off, I told him to leave me his supervisor's number and asked him to leave the house; we would not be needing his services. My wife informed me that after this, he went outside and made a phone call. He returned a few minutes later and offered to fix the light switch and inspect the house without any charge. He proceeded to fix the light switch in 10 mins (he had the right part with him and did not need to go buy it somewhere else) and inspected the house. My wife confirmed that he did go around the house to inspect the outlets and the fuse box outside, however, at this point, we have no faith in his inspection work.
I could understand if the technician was not aware of the deal that I had purchased (although still very unprofessional) and was going to charge us for the work. However, charging us $50 for a part that costs $0.78 and $50 for 10 min of work seems exorbitant. In addition, the fact that he wanted to repair a light switch without confirming that it was broken really made us suspicious about everything he said.
Although the kitchen light switch is fixed, we would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible experience. Even though I had explained to several people at this company what needed to be done, they still tried to tell me that my "pre-paid" service would end up costing me @ $300 more than what I paid for.
Shortly after I had purchased the deal, I received a phone call from the company assuring me that they would send a technician to my house on a Saturday morning between 9 & 11, two days before the appt. I also got an email confirmation from them. On Saturday morning I got a call at 9:30 am telling me that they were running late but would be at my house between 11:30 & noon. Shortly before 2pm I contacted the company and was told that they would not be able to make it out at all. They claimed that the service guy twisted his ankle. So, by this point in time I had spent 5 hours waiting for them. I was told there were other priority customers ahead of me. I find this odd since my appt was made 4 or 5 days in advance.
On Sunday morning I hadn't heard from them so I contact them around 9:30 and was told that they were sending someone out. Then I got a phone call from a technician who told me he hurt his knee (not ankle) and would not be able to make it but that someone would be at my house first thing on Monday morning.
This morning a guy showed up, but

up an estimate for extra work/charges that did not match what I had told them I needed so I cancelled the service call and sent him on his way. I would not trust this company.

I've used

/air/electrical before to replace an electrical panel and trouble shoot a complex wiring job. I really liked their professionalism, quality of work and friendly demeanor. Therefore, I called them again for this smaller job.

One year after purchase of a central air conditioning unit from this provider, I went to use the a/c for the first time in 2014 and it didn't cool. I set up an appointment with them for service, which was scheduled for today between 9:00 and 10:00 AM.
It's now 1:00 PM, they haven't shown up, nor have I received a call letting me know when to expect them. I've called their office twice, and twice got their voice mail - I've left two messages at the office asking for a call back so I can know whether or not to wait any longer, and left a third message on their "emergency number" that I got from their voice mail - at this point I've not received a call back.
So far I've missed nearly a day of work due to their incompetence and lack of respect for my time.
I do NOT recommend this provider.

Very professional, worked fast but thorough. Knows his trade. Will use him for all my home electrical needs going forward.

. When he was finished some lights didn't work and I had to have him come back to correct the problem. II felt the price was a little high and hewas late for his appointment times.
